I used to look at Top Gear as the ultimate car guy show. These 3 blokes as you English would call them, made loving cars seem normal and natural. Made you feel less alone in the community. Now I look back on these 3 blokes from England and just find pure comfort from them. I'm having a hard time mentally, and this is one of the few shows that just helps bring me back to stability. Its a nice little dose of medication. James, Richard, and Jeremy will forever live in our hearts as maybe the worlds best trio. It sucks to see the band finally breaking up, but we owe them so much for the joy and comfort they brought us. Thank you gentleman - you've more than earned your retirement from the car world.

THATS IT !!!!! I’m having a custom made t shirt with the words GOOD NEWS , ITS A DACEA SANDERO printed on it I can never get enough of James May ……. (In British slang) I just adore this man ….. and his OCD mannerisms
I don't often agree with JC, but I totally got what he said about "simply liking" a car. Plus he's right about this particular car - I've had an up! as a holiday rental car and while it was a little underpowered (probably the 60 hp version?) it was utterly likeable. Plus it was quite versatile and usable for a car of its size. We managed to fit three grown men into the car comfortably with enough boot-space to spare for one of the guys' whole luggage. When I went to the same place the following year, they didn't rent up!s any longer so we got a Polo instead. And while that was the much more grown-up and roomy car of the two, it felt like just "a car". Even in its very basic version, the up! felt kinda special for some reason.
4:05 Either this whole thing with another one of Clarkson's "genius" ideas ending up smashing his rear window was entirely faked, which would be an absolutely brilliant piece of television, or it was all genuine, which also is absolutely brilliant television. Either way, Top Gear is just so incredibly good.
@@Fizzure3000 I mean that maybe they knew exactly what was gonna happen when you drive around towing a log on dirt roads with a sufficiently short rope. Maybe they purposefully shortened the rope to make sure it would smash the rear window.
Whenever Brits say "Beta", I hear beater, and when I see that Lancia, it's a fucking beater. I'm surprised any of the cars made it.. I do Like that Hammond was able to bring Oliver home to England.
Awe the cut off where Hammond sees the log, the smashed window, slowly connects the dots, and bursts out laughing.
The 'dog eggs' was always an underrated joke to me
Still say it to this day
What does it mean? Im not english speaker 😢
@@j0wt0ng he means poop, but refers to it as if the dog lays eggs
I started using the term after I saw that ep
@@Meow-ee9zo no, he means the dog having its period and bleeding its dog eggs on the floor which is what female dogs do.

What a lovely comment, and you're so right - these boys will always be a comfort during hard times. Hope u keep well.
“I’ve invented swimming” one of the best lines ever 😂😂😂😂
Clarkson was so cocky about his "African hand brake". Made the whole scenario that much funnier.
I have seen all of these, but I will continue to watch them again and again
You are not alone 😁
🫡
The caravan episode with James and Jeremy has had me in fits of laughter every 5000 times ive watched it 😂
James laughing as he watches Jeremy trash his caravan is too funny 😂
Jeremy ignoring the existence of the Dacia Sandero will always be funny
Anyway
As dawn broke the peace and serenity of this beautiful Ugandan morning was shattered by the bellow of a wild animal..... CLLARRKSOOOOOOON!!!

Hammonds little demo was fantastic 🤣🤣🤣
Which episode is that from I don't remember it?
@@KingZedusPrime2009TyrentKaiju Indian special, but this must have been deleted scenes on the DVD because I've never seen it in the episode either.
"YEEEEEEHAAWWW, lets skin a possum, throw it on the fire! Get Willber, and Mertle over, they look can at the V8 in ma pick-up truck and ma Steve Mcqueen jacket"
"That's him!"
The Dacia Sandero joke will forever be gold comedy
The bits where they have a ton of locals just standing around them staring unamused is incredibly awkward.
I don't understand why they do that in India... so odd
I looked up what a West Highland Terrier is. Cutest freakin dog I’ve ever seen. And the ears do just that.
Try matching a West Highland White Terrier with a Scottish Terrier... And you get an (alcoholic) drink with it's own doggy pictures on its label.😊😊
2:38 cant stop laughing at richard getting soft-waterboarded
Obv set up
Watch the Taskmaster episode where Sally has to cuddle with Alex if you like waterboarding and laughter lol

Good news! It’s a Dacia sander-

That moment is underrated and amazing hahhaa
I feel second hand discomfort from them sitting there surrounded by all those people staring at them.
why tho lmao they're presenters. being in public when filming is literally part of the job.
".....that i made earlier" is such an underrated joke lmao
That moment with Jeremy's Citroen powered tower appartement and that passing truck on the highway, one of my favorite episodes.

Clarksons genius is sometimes frightening.
I am dying lmao that mini expression by Hammond at the end 🤣

I’ve been entertained all these years by this trio thank you.

I love how human these guys are
I have no idea how Jeremy can say things like "dog eggs" and keep a straight face. I bet some of the crew were in bits during that.

'never seen before' defeats the object when most of the clips have been on BBC like
This is great ! 🤣🤣🤣
They can have The Who back though
Really? You have to use clickbait title for a Top Gear video? I dont even know what to say about that..
“Never seen before” every clip is a very well known clip. I’ll still watch it. But stop with the click bait
have your AI read a dictionary to find out what "NEVER" means
Actually all the British inventions are Scottish. Top Gear is using a bit of license.
