Great way to wind down the evening with God’s word and a relaxing cup of tea. I would really like to see more videos on the natural products you are using for yourself/the home and any more all cotton/linen clothing purchases you have made. Trying to slowly do this myself and enjoyed your past videos on these topics. God bless

What a beautiful way to close out your day! I’m going to try this, maybe it will help relax my mind. Lol
Yes! It will help you relax at the end of the day. Be sure to try to not watch tv or be on your phone for at least an hour before you go to bed. That has been super helpful for me to relax at the end of the day - put away over stimulating technology! And spend time with the Lord. :) Trying to have no LED lights or overhead lights might also be helpful, too. Light stimulates our brain that it is daytime and wakes us up. If you use salt lamps or candles instead, that helps relax and tells our bodies it is nighttime.
I don't have A rose bush so I can't make the tea but your routine sounds so peaceful
