Can you explain how plugging the 15amp plug from the box gets power output of 3.3kw and using the same plug in 15amp outlet gets lesser power? Does the box 3 pin outlet boost the power?
It's not free. Company has already charged installation charges in vehicle cost. Yes. TATA is definitely taking care of electrical safety to avoid any accidents during charing and building up confidence of customers.
Are you sure installation is free at home ? In Bhubaneswar Odisha the Sales person could not tell me anything regarding this. Rather they are unsure about it. I am planning to get a Nexon EV but very much apprehensive about their service. Moreover I stay almost 140-150km away from Tata Motors dealership !!! However distant people are also buying from them. They must be on their own. My weekend travel is more.... atleast 300km, sometimes upto 1000km... But during weekdays, it is about only 30km. Not sure about Tata Power's service at Bhubaneswar / at my location & hence little hesitant. If at all I decide to go for it, perhaps I have to be on my own. Failed to reach out to Tata Power too. For larger cities, it is absolutely fine....
After buying the vehicle do puja for atleast 4 to 5 days. Then tatapower people or their agent will come to install. These people steal canle. They charge 15 met even if your installation is 5 meter. Restvthey sell in marjet. Real thiefs.
