I just got this collar for 2 dogs and one of the collar it’s not vibrating, does every other feature but vibrate, the first collar it’s working just fine

My collars blink when they're charging but not when unplugged and the power button is pressed. The units are fairly new (4-5 months)

Can you guy explain why the shock button doesn’t work? 1st one I bought worked but then went out, I just ordered a whole new one again a week ago and shock button doesn’t work at all, I’m ready to send it back for a refund. The intent isn’t to hurt my pup, but he’s a 9 month Great Dane who pounces a bit much.

Have you tested the unit with the tester bulb provided to you in the product box? Basically, if the light is turning on - The unit at your disposal works fine and you will want to check wether there is contact with your dog's skin while operating the shock portion. ​@@INVIROXyeah shock button only works if you take the rubber things off, and I got a 4-month-old puppy, he's 70 lb but all the way up and I put that on him tight. Against his skin all the way and he doesn't have very long hair.. He didn't feel it... Every shot caller I've had growing up didn't have rubber things on them... Then it worked... He's still a little young for it but I had to test it out... But on five he felt it..
