Why can't they place the studs on the prongs instead of the collar? This would allow me to remove the prongs and still utilize the beep and vibration functions. This would enable me to keep it on continuously. My dog responds effectively to just the beep and vibration settings. In my view, having the studs on the collar rather than the prongs seems ridiculous.

I purchased a collar a couple of months ago through Amazon. It arrived pre-assembled in the box. It worked fine initially, but has steadily become unreliable to the point today it would not take a charge or turn on. The remote seems to be fine. ☹
Very easy! You have dedicated button for this matter. '1/2 Button' is in the right side of the training remote - You'll easily switch between dog 1 to dog 2 with the hit of your thumb. Hi Janice we just got your email 3-STEPS TO PAIR RECEIVER COLLAR TO THE REMOTE 1. Press and hold the power button on the Receiver Collar for 3 seconds to turn on the Receiver Collar. 2. Press the power button on the back of the receiver 3 times to enter pairing mode. You will hear a beep, and the light indicator will become solid. 3. Press on one of the training modes, Tone/Vibrate/Static, on the Remote to complete the pairing. Then the Receiver Collar will respond according to the channel you chose on the remote.
@@INVIROX it seems as tho the vibrations work and noise tone does but when I use shock a red light comes on the remote and doesn’t seem to be shocking. Yes the remote are both charged

What if you have two collars and one remote and you’re using it on both dogs at the same time? Do you have to keep switching it from dog to dog?

It doesn’t. Doesn’t need it tho. My dogs only need 1-5 honestly
