Too many videos of empty tool boxes people bought and not enough like this that show how people innovate and organize them. Thanks for sharing.

This is one of the best box configurations I've seen.. I've already popped the top out of my Ridgid case to copy that pegboard idea.

I've used the same box in my car for mechanic's tools for a number of years and never realized the top popped out. Organization has always been my trouble, but this gives me some really great ideas. Thanks!

I appreciate the bucket boss idea. I had bought the Ridgid toolbox thinking it would be just what I needed. For years I thought I was wrong, but your idea may change my mind.

Using the pouches is a great idea. Going to look at a couple of my boxes and borrow some of your ideas.

Hi, I'm from Russia, I also do electrical work, including low voltage. We have a lot of similar tools, except KleinTools, it's hard to get it from us, but we mainly have Knipex, Wiha, Wera, Milwaukee, Weidmuller and others. Of the multimeters and other testers, we use Fluke, Tempo. I wanted to say about soldering irons, I've been using gas ones for many years, but they have a known problem that they overheat a lot and give a lot of heat outside with a gas jet. I have been using soldering irons powered by powerbank for 5 years now. First there was the TS100, now there are many other options, including a 100W soldering iron with JBC C210-245 stingers. I carry a small powerbank with me from it and charge various gadgets and use a soldering iron, the powerbank can give 20 Volts and 5 Amperes = 100 Watts. Such a soldering iron is much better than a gas one, a large selection of tips for it, more compact, more convenient and you can solder both something powerful and something thin. A 10,000 mAh battery is enough for 3-4 hours of active soldering. I have a Sequre S99 now

Nice job dude! I have a similar setup, but definitely need replace the tool roll with foam for screwdrivers just like you did. Thanks so much for the genius idea!

Thanks for great idea on this tool box . I have the Rigid tool box setup and I always felt underutilized box. I'm going to pop off that piece and reorganize it ..

Just wish Rigid would make some heavy duty drawers also , I like not having to detach the set-up in a customers home.
Don't want to go to Milwaukee, they're to bulky and overengineered , I think.
Plus I already have the Rigid rolling tool box set-up, and it's been durable..
      Thanks again.

That’s a tack hammer, the split end is magnetized to set tacks one handed. Usually 5-6 tacks are held in you lips and picked up by the magnet while you hold upholstery fabric with the other hand.

Great setup. I have a new Ridgid organizer that's waiting for a purpose and this is it. Might even just cut up my $60 tech bag and layer the tools just like you have it.

I miss it. I’ve switched over to the drawer systems from Milwaukee, Ridgid, and Stacktech. The disadvantage is not being able to see all my tools at once. With this setup i could look at the tools and see what was missing before i left a jobsite.

Yeah, it is supposed to be in the plastic container under the bottom pallet. But, I had left it in the network organizer box from the previous job. Good catch!
