- In this episode of DKD (Dikshita Kshetra Darshanam), we visit Tiruvaiyar and the Dharmasamvardhani Kshetram and explore the Madhyamavati Kriti of Muddusvami Dikshitar, Dharmasamvardhani Danuja Sammardhani.
Dikshita Kshetra Darshanam (DKD), by Guruguhaamrta, is a project which endeavors to produce high-quality video documentaries combining the musical and other aspects of Kshetras (loosely translated as 'temples') that are also filmed at these Kshetras.
This project was conceived by classical vocalist, G Ravi Kiran, who is also the founder and Managing Trustee of Guruguhaamrta in collaboration with storyteller, arts, culture, history, and heritage enthusiast, Madhusudhanan Kalaichelvan.
All copyright rests with G Ravi Kiran, Guruguhaamrta and the performing artists for all the music used in this video.
The Dikshitar Kriti dharma samvardhani used here is performed by G Ravi Kiran with Madan Mohan, Praveen Sparsh and N Guruprasad exclusively for this production. Music recorded at Sahrdaya Sound Studio and mixed/mastered by Rakesh Pazhedam.

This vdo presented holiness of Shri Dharmasam Vardhini Ambal in eyes / context of composer Great Saint Shri Muthu Swami Deekshidar . Swami narrates Ambal in a different way with wonderful words in the Keerthana, which is the highlight of this presentation. We need to re play and listen to this clip many times to understand deep meaning of Shri Deekshithar. Really Great and wonderful presentation with Narration and relacant Ragas & Keerthanas . It is so amazing to know so many nuances and details like the possible reason behind starting swara Rishaba in each sections of the krithi and Rishaba deva, and the raga madhyamavathi associated with the stages of speech.It is Spellbinding to know the amount of details and history researched behind each episode of DKD bringing out the glory of the composer. At 3.38 you both are seen doing apradakshina; It is understandable as one of the personalities is a self proponent and stage manages with his influence over HRCE by filming in such locales.
