A beautiful, melodious raga is Madhyamavathy. It is a divine raga frequently found in Kathakali , where godly characters like sri keishna, sree rama etc. appear on stage and the raga madhyamavaty is sung on this occasion.

Also there's another serial which didn't get much popularity where almost same artists have played role .That serial is Vishnu Puran .In that Nitish Bharadwaj has played role of different incarnations of God Vishnu .The serial is depicting stories of Shri Vishnu Mahapuran .The song at the starting of this serial is also in raga madhyamavati .

Dharma samvardhani, who simulates righteousness, who destroyed the demons, daughter of the Himavan, you are unborn. Protect me out of your compassion.
She who inhabits the heart of the pure and delights in eternal bliss, she ordains both Karma and Jnana, and grants whatever is desired.
Sister of Madhava, beautiful incarnate, oh Shankari, extolled by the Raga Madhyamavati, she who has mellifluous voice and is spouse of Mahadeva delights the hearts of pious people. Mother of the eternal Guruguha, she is of the nature of enlightenment, is blemishless, is sovereign of the world, destroys all miseries, manifests herself as the universe by her feet, enchants Lord Panchanandisha, is the essence of the Vedas and the Shastras, she who illumines Brahma, Vishnu, and Paramashiva.
madhyamAvati is a "ma~ngaLakara rAgam", that is always sung in the concluding segment of any concert. Even though musicians render the Tyagaraja composition, "pavamAna sutudupaTTu" in saurASTram as an appropriate ma"ngaLam, the concert usually ends with a brief AlApana of rAgam madhayamAvti, at least lasting for a few seconds! Again, the Papanasam Sivan k.rti, "karpagamE kaN pArAy" in madhyamAvati, praising Goddess karpagAmbAl of the kapAlIshvara temple in Mylapore is often sung (perhaps followed by a tiruppugazh song) prior to the ma"ngaLam. The fact that muttusvAmi dIkSitar chose rAgam madhyamAvati for his shrIvidyA mantra bIjAkSara k.rti, "shrI rAjarAjEshvarIM" speaks volumes about the auspiciousness of madhyamAvati. In his k.rti, "dharmasaMvardhani", dIkSitar addresses Goddess dharmasaMvardhani of tiruvaiyAru as "mAdhava sOdari, sundari, madhyamAvatisha"nkari".
