- Deb built her dream Tiny House with a ground-floor bedroom, with the help of her family. She is currently living in Tiny House Block - a Tiny House Village in California. With freeing up her finances, she is now able to spend more time on her passion of paragliding.

I love how well knit Deb’s entire family is. She keeps something made by her late dad, all her brothers helped her to build her tiny home, she has a 40 year old son who loves her. She’s living alone BUT she’s never alone ♥️
I actually have six brothers, and two sons, but yes I am very blessed! Technically though, I misspoke there....with my 2 brothers we did most the work. But my brothers helped immensely because they knew what they were doing.😁💙
I just love people with that infectious personality. Her family all seem to be fun and carefree people too. Her brothers making her dreams come true…that’s love.

Well thank you hon, yes I refused to do a loft, I wasn't about to climb up a ladder and bend over in my own bedroom every day. That just seems ridiculous to me. That's why I designed it with the bedroom on the floor🤗😁💙

thank you so much. life is way too short to worry about the little stuff... the material stuff. Follow your dream no matter what any one says, I believe I manifested it, because it was my dream. Anyone can do it. I was lucky to have a huge family to help... but they all thought I was crazy. lol

Those aren't doors on my cabinets those are actually artwork, that I cut down the middle one so that it would fit. I think cabinet doors are ugly. But thank you, have a great day😁💙

This is the first Tiny house I ever saw, holding a kayak and parachute inside.
Lol, paraglider, but I do have a spare parachute in my harness in case of emergencies. But thank you that was awesome😁💙
What I love about this house is the way she made it just enough -- exactly what she needed and nothing more. But it's not minimalist at all. She incorporated mementos and lovely objects into the structures she needed -- like her countertop, her grid wall, and her "decorative" kayak.
Lol, yes the decorative kayak is probably a little bit much. But thank you that was awesome😁💙

WE were in Gimmelwald Switzerland and we were staying on top of the mountain. We used a large ski lift box. I kept seeing these people coming up the mountain with these huge bags on their back or waded up in there arms. We got to the bottom and saw what all this was. They were gliding off the top of the mountain. There was about 5 people with their friends at the bottom. We just sat in the grass watching these people have so much fun. We talked to a guy who was folding his parachute if that is what you call them. He was saying there were a lot of places in that area but this was their favorite. There was a big valley at the bottom and it was just beautiful.
Oh yeah, Switzerland is on my bucket list, it's paragliding, but yeah its amazing!! I'm headed for Ireland and Scotland as well. Thank you😁💙

its the important things.... I had to give away most of the original salt and pepper collection that went in the grid, but I gave them to the grand's.... and kept only a few. thank you so much. :)
This is a lovely home. It's comfy and quirky, with efficient use of space. The only thing I would need to add is a small bathroom sink. I know the kitchen is only a short distance away, but I prefer washing my hands before leaving the bathroom. Just personal preference. This home is delightful, inside and out. Thanks, Deb, for the tour, and be safe paragliding!

I love it, it's beautiful overall. So sweet how her brothers helped build this tiny home for their sister...I wish I had brothers like that. I have one baby brother, 4.5 yrs younger than me, but not in any kind of construction nor carpentry experience due to being mildly mentally challenged since birth too. I'm a carpenter's granddaughter, love carpentry and power tools, etc. I'm currently working on a vintage RV project and remodeling, and I'm working on it as much as I can, slowly but surely mostly on my own. It won't be used for traveling, but turning it into a stationary tiny home on this property my dad willed me so to continue to make it as an occupated home dwelling on the property to live in eventually when done before thie old condemnable house and 2 story building gets completely demolished, I might ey to get some reusable wood from either building, not sure yet due to some mold issues in them both and foundation on both isn't good either. Time will tell, I can do a bit more now it's cooler on the vintage RV remodeling project and now I have a bit of extra time I can dobat least take 2 whole days to do what I can in the midst each week between my full time job. Again, awesome work on the tiny home I love it, may I borrow a few ideas to integrate with my own?

LOL I thought that too, when I watched the video back. But rivers can drown you, rocks knock you out, when I'm flying I have an emergency parachute so I feel much safer in the air.😁💙

I absolutely LOVE the way you designed your home! It is practical and beautiful at the same time. My greatest fear with living tiny is I would feel very enclosed and claustrophic. This home doesn't feel that way at ALL. You have enough room for absolutely everything you need; and more importantly, everything you love. I have 4 brothers, but I can't see them doing something like this for me LOL. You are truly blessed, my dear! Enjoy your dream life!! 😍

Unique doors with shells! A piece of art. I like them very much, together with the shelves made by your father, they give the house a coherent character. Sentimental countertop, wow! Very good decision with the bedroom downstairs! Bravo!

You know you can go tandem, just like you did when you parachuted. Just Google the nearest paragliding club in your area, instructors take people all the time and you can go and you will just be so addicted you will never want to stop.😁💙 thank you for the nice comment

Lol Yes I was so excited to get started that dance was done after Kendon and I finish the subfloor! We had to install 38...10 inch bolts… To secure it to the trailer. I was a happy girl!😁💙

This house is stunning! And I'm so glad her cat gets to go outside. :-) I want to hear more about the stinging nettles! How does she prepare them? How fast do they grow inside? How deep of a pot do they need for inside? Are they really that nutritious? TELL ME MORE, PLEASE!

Well thank you, I'm 60. My body says I'm about 80 lol but I just ignore it. So stinging nettles are the superous super food on the planet... Vitamins minerals antioxidants AND PROTEIN! I can't remember it all you'll have to Google it. so I dehydrate the leaves and dry them out and I save them in jars, and then I sprinkle them in my food or I make smoothies with them or I make tea. They are super super good for you I literally drank a couple cups of nettle tea when I had Covid and I got over Covid in like three days. They're very medicinal and they taste kind of woody so that's really the only flavor you'll get. Once you dehydrate there isnt much flavor. If you want to grow them, I recommend starting from some seed and getting a grow light. I couldn't get them to grow in yuma the sun killed everything, so I ended up putting them in big plastic jars, like he would get at a restaurant a big jar of pickles a big clear jar like a terrarium. They finally started growing in there. But I couldn't get them to grow outside at all in Yuma. There used to hard packed soil and a lot of rain, but if you don't have that kind of soil you'll drown them. Any other questions you can contact me at my email or on Metatron's Wing, my channel. wow! thanks a ton for all the info. i am already growing nettles but hadnt thought of sprinkling them on food! i will start doing that. i am getting a dehydrator soon and will start dehydrating them as opposed to hang drying probably now that the weather is cooling off. i bet Jenna doesnt mind us talking here, as the more comments a video gets, the more the youtube algorithm responds and suggests the video more and the more money she makes! @@MetatronsWing

Oh thank you so much I am a bit artistic, lol, but if you do a countertop with the epoxy only make it an inch or so deep! Mine is 2 1/2 inches and it cost $1000 in epoxy! I did not plan that! Lol take care😁💙

Thank you so much. And yeah you never know when you might need some food... I put stinging nettles and everything. I dehydrate them and crinkle them all up into food, tea, they have so many nutrients they even have protien. You can literally live on stinging nettle.😁💙
