Just wondering is there a reason Barry has not come to get black siren after the whole her breaking out thing i mean u would think they could just toss her ass back to her earth not that i dont like her but did they ever give a reason why they just let her be.
Finbar Brolly 😂 facts, i hope towards the finale it's an apology from both sides and just not him. Even though i don't feel like he should apologize for anything.
IvanLee Skinner- Here's how the apology should go- Diggle: Sorry about taking my own personal failures out on you, including the fact I bought drugs off the bad guy and somehow blamed you for it. Also, sorry for blaming William's mom's death on you, when Fucking Prometheus was the one who blew up the island. Beta Team Arrow- Apologise for their existence, leave Star City and leave being a superhero to the grown ups. Oliver- Gets to enjoy basking in the revelation of just how stupid everyone else this season has been acting.
Glad to hear that, honestly I just want Dig to go with NTA and they have there own team, I want Oliver either going solo or having it just him and Roy.
brittany gets it. diggle questions oliver's leadership on the spot, ALL THE TIME. this episode was unique because oliver *didn't hold his tongue* and finally cameback to tell diggle some hard truths about himself and all the times he's fcked up as a leader LIKE# 156
Bijan Najibzadeh He used Oliver's father who killed himself to save Oliver, his mother who died to save her children, Tommy who died to save Laurel, and Samantha who died because Prometheus's crusade. Those deaths were out of Oliver's control. Diggle shot his brother in cold blood after his brother admitted that he wouldn't stop until he killed baby Sarah. Not to mention, Diggle is the one who forced his brother to join the army after he beat the crap out of him. Those people set Oliver on his course. Diggle set his brother on the path he chose.
Crescentknight8189 He didn't shoot him in cold blood, but out of an emotional outburst and immediately regretted it. 'In cold blood' would be Oliver executing Justin Claybourne, which was the catalyst for Prometheus' crusade which ended up killing Samantha. THATS what Diggle meant - Oliver certainly never means to, but his actions often start chains of events that end up hurting or killing people.
I feel like Diggle had some good points such as Oliver is stretching himself too thin ,he’s the mayor ,a husband and father and the Green Arrow ,he has a lot of responsibility now but I was still more on Oliver’s side as I have been this season ,possibly the most I have ever been on Oliver’s side . I feel New Team Arrow didn’t really have any ground to stand on and just became petty and whiny ,Dinah got consumed by grief and basically just went crazy ,Renee would always give potshots even though the team breaking up was his fault and Curtis was hurt that they spied on him which is hypocritical cause that’s what he did to Felicity last season and while he may have been reluctant to do it ,he did ultimately use Diggles chip which hurt him to find the team after being pushed by Renee and Dinah to do it ..I feel this is a bit better written then the Newbies but still not that much ..this whole inter team conflict seems half baked but I have liked everything else this season
both sides for Oliver and Diggle made some great points, and after I realized it seemed more like their comic version relationship. Hope everything gets resolved, I hate when the team fights with each other
"such as Oliver is stretching himself too thin ,he’s the mayor ,a husband and father and the Green Arrow" You mean just like how Dig works at the mayor's office(or was after this episode), a husband, a father and being Spartan. Diggle didn't have a single good argument this entire episode.
Oliver went and did exactly what Digg recommended, which is having a life outside of the hood. now that Oliver's really figured it all out, Digg's criticizing him for it. and i can see the idea of Oliver stretching himself too thin, IF we'd actually seen ONE example of those things being an issue. Digg's projecting his identity crisis onto Oliver plain and simple.
Also, doesn't Robin leave Batman because of ideological reasons and that he feels he outgrew Batman and he could go at it alone. Dig had a taste of power and leadership. He never had that before. So now that he has experienced it, he believes he could do a better job. Any time he questioned Oliver before, he fell into the chain of command. But now he sees the other possibility and just can't fall in line anymore because he knows now that he can lead.
SC 134 Which is funny because if John, Jr. was a little older, Diggle would be going through this exact same thing stretching himself too far trying to be everywhere.
he had some really shitty ideas too while he was leading. really he should understand Oliver better now, but apparently he's just focused on the what ifs on the situation. it's easy to say you'd do something different in retrospect after you've seen what happened. Oliver makes a call in the moment, with the information that he has.
I couldn't help smile at the end of the argument. It's a long-standing tradition in Green Arrow comics that sooner or later Ollie gets into a fistfight with one of his friends. While it was sad, it was still nice for an old reader like me to see it happen.
Well Prometheus only existed cuz Ollie killed his dad so...ya it kinda was his fault. I dunno, I liked that scene with Dig and Ollie. Only best friends with history can have that argument. It was great
That doesn't excuse anything Prometheus did. He had choices too and so did his father. Oliver doesn't deserve the weight of everyone's sins, simply because others use him as an excuse. That's been a plot device overused since S2.
Rick Jones Well thats one way of looking at it. You provide no reasoning to your position. I dont mind being wrong but at least prove to me that I am. Yes of course Oliver didnt kill her, Chase did. But why did Chase even exist in the first place?...exactley. So it was a low blow by Dig, but not unfounded.
SC 134 Chase existed because he was insane. He was a ruthless, evil, psychopath. He had issues even before Oliver killed his dad, his dad was going to cut him out of his life completely because of his behavior. And where does the blame end? Isn't Chase's dad just as much to blame then? If he wasn't a criminal, Oliver wouldn't have killed him. How about Malcolm? If he didn't create the list, Oliver wouldn't have killed him. How about Diggle? He didn't stop Oliver from killing him. Where does it end? Oliver isn't at fault. There's only person at fault for Samantha's death. You can blame almost anyone.
Oliver was extra savage this episode. Especially that line about Digs brother. What was more savage is that he said it calmly, he paused, he chose to say it. He didn't say it in the heat of the moment like Diggle did with Williams mother. This and that line he said to captain and DA that they wouldnt want to be with him if he were Green Arrow, they were amazing moments, like goosebump moments.
They both had valid points and even though Dig has been Oliver’s partner the longest it means he can call Oliver out on things this was no exception Oliver is right he’s stretched thin and its even worse given he no longer has support as Green Arrow or as Mayor. Mad as I am at this I look forward to Dig’s new role as an ARGUS agent it may prove beneficial given as a federal agent it would give more reach for Dig since Star City is currently corrupt with Diaz’s influence.
Alex, Brittany, I love you two 😄😄😄. Your reaction to this episode was absolutely spot in, especially you, Brittany, in the VERY inappropriate little scrap scene between Oliver and Dig. And you're so right, Alex, they shoulda kept Roy, Thea and Nyssa on for a few more episodes with what's just happened. Don't think there's any way in hell Laurel ever be redeemed now, not if she's fully with Richard Dragon
I kept hearing some banging noises & thought “daaayuuum someone’s getting it in the next room! *wink face “ but I paid a little more attention & realized it was someone on a drum set 🤘🏽🤘🏽 (It was someone on the drum set, right?) plot twist: someone got lucky on the drum set in the next room
Don't worry about interruptions. That's a consequence of having roommates. lol I thought Diggle made some good points about Oliver's decisions, but only to a point. Oliver strung him out too long, but the idea John thinks he made selfish choices is nearsighted because he really didn't. The surveillance of the team was harsh but necessary, considering every time they were betrayed, someone was killed. Also, Oliver chose to secure a nuclear device that would destroy the city instead of save one person. Diggle chose to go with him because he saw the practical side of that. Protecting Black Siren was certainly not Oliver's first choice but she had the city's money and Oliver needed to get it back and the newbies ambushed them. And I'll say this again: Oliver did not want to hurt Rene but he chose to attack him after multiple warnings so Dinah could get her revenge, NOT justice. Oliver's not the only one taking missteps here, it is also because of the recent blockades of former allies. I really resent the fact that this show has everything fall on Oliver. I wish the others would be called out for their mistakes as well. The reason the recent decisions keep failing is because the teams have been too busy combatting each other. When Dig took personal shots at Oliver, I wanted to punch Dig myself and considering he's probably the only character that's never given me that impulse, that's bad. The brother shot by Oliver was bad, but Dig went there first. What happened to William's mother was all Prometheus, and if Diggle doesn't apologize for that, I am always going to hold that against him. Truth is I'm still a little resentful of Lance's personal digs at Oliver in S3. Perhaps that's my issue. lol This episode was especially hurtful considering last season's episode "Disbanded", where Oliver has broken down and Dig is the one pulling him out of it. The hero the city deserves? One could argue the city doesn't deserve one at all considering how corrupt it always is. This episode was good in terms of Stephen Amell and David Ramsey's acting. The plot, however, is still up in the air. I can't imagine the two main villains succeeding too well without the team being divided. They don't impress me on the level of S2 Slade or S5 Prometheus. This season needs to stretch out and build on something believable because Dig's anger really came out of left field IMO.
Good news the old team is returning so we will have Oliver, Diggle, Felicity unfortunately, Roy and hopefully laurel cause I have a feeling Quentin and Sara are going to have a big part to play in her redemption Diaz will most likely kill lance and than she will turn on him or Sara will talk to her about the darkness that is inside her
Here's the problem with arrow oliver queen is trying to be like batman and its not working they arent as bad as the flash which has turned into a dumbass lovestory hopefully they fix it
Black Siren just wants to protect Lance and survive. I wish Black Siren could have a flashback and make out with Zoom, that would have been a hot pairing. Siren has already said she doesn't trust diaz since he kille cayden james so I don't see her as being with him completely.
kingofkings1stfs Oh enough crap. Chase's dad was an evil piece of shit. Are you saying Oliver should have expected his batshit crazy son to become obsessed with Oliver and make it his life's mission to ruin Oliver's life? Prometheus is responsible for Samantha's death. Nobody else.
Rick Jones just like Oliver being batshit crazy and ruining everyone’s lives because of HIS father. Never said the guy was innocent but Oliver actions for killing his father is what created him. Just like Arrow was created because the death of his own father.
kingofkings1stfs Prometheus used every resource he has to hurt Oliver but it's not really his fault for her death but Dig killed his own brother so he has no right to talk.
kingofkings1stfs If Samantha stayed with the rest, she would not have died. They only involves Prometheus' wife with the hope that she could turn him but he murdered her.
lol as much as i luv the whole team thing with arrow does Oliver really need help thoe i mean if we go by the shows logic he is at the lvl of ra's al ghul i just cant see how normal ppl are even a challenge for him anymore especially if he is back to killing ppl so between him being op and felicity on computers do they need help. For the record on oliver's side for this one and if diggle thinks he can lead better which i dont think he can tbh why not get his own suit i mean shit its just a hoddie and build his own rep up.
To me I dont get it im someone who read about green arrow in the comics and the show isnt true to his character theyre trying so hard to give him a batman angle it just doesnt work for me the original green arrow is nothing like this character to be honest diaz is weak oliver is getting soft I'll give it one more try hopefully it gets better
anthony Hunt ... this too has been my problem with the show: they are trying to make him like Batman... even taking Batman villains and making then Green Arrow villains. Some of the storylines are borrowed Batman storylines which I feel is lazy writing. I have stopped watching at times ... but I end up coming back to see how it’s going.
but if you think about it, *"flying solo"* is a risky option too. oliver's against not only diaz but his gang, anatoly, an entire police dept. full of corrupt cops, a bankrupt city screaming for blood and black siren as an inside double agent. even for the *heir to the demon* himself, that's alot of arrows to shoot...ijs 🏹
Beta Team Arrow left to become even more Beta. Speedy and Arsenal left to have a normal life And now Dig has lost his shit. Looks like Oliver is gonna have to go back to basics and do this himself.
Just as a counterpoint to the critique/comment on how Diggle's reaction seemed to come out of nowhere... but I think you sort of hit the nail on its head. Season 1 Diggle used to be much more assertive and to speak his mind. Maybe it could be chalked up to him reverting back to his soldier mentality of following orders. But as time went on, I think he did become less and less likely to call Ollie out on his excesses (especially in front of the "new team"). The way I understood the episode, Diggle only began to realise this about himself in this episode and his reaction towards Ollie was as much about his frustration with himself as it was with Ollie. This further explains why Diggle felt he needed to distance himself from Ollie in order to be his best self. To summarise, Diggle changed over the years and didn't like what he'd become. Throw in some projection and a dash of rationalising, and you have the argument from this episode. :)
Fantastic acting from both but I side with Oliver on this. Diggle acted like a dick and lost all his maturity and decency in this. Oliver is not perfect but neither is Diggle so why is he suddenly acting like he was a great leader??? Diggle was a terrible leader! Rene and Curtis were begging Oliver to come back repeatedly because they didn’t trust him to lead! This whole season is stupid till this point. Thankfully next episode is fantastic!!!! Saves the season somewhat.

great job reacting this episode of arrow guys :)
i'm 100% on Oliver side he hasn't been wrong once this season in my eyes
IvanLee Skinner- I feel sorry for the amount of stupid shit Oliver has had to put up with from his dumbass team mates.
Finbar Brolly 😂 facts, i hope towards the finale it's an apology from both sides and just not him. Even though i don't feel like he should apologize for anything.

Beta Team Arrow- Apologise for their existence, leave Star City and leave being a superhero to the grown ups.
Oliver- Gets to enjoy basking in the revelation of just how stupid everyone else this season has been acting.
Finbar Brolly roy confirmed as a season 7 regular and black siren might turn good, so hopefully 2 members of NTA will be replaced 😬
IvanLee Skinner Yuup, team Oliver here.
Next Episode: Felicity's tablet breaks and William slips on a banana peel.
They both blame Oliver and leave him.
Ali.M ...🤣🤣🤣
I remember Rene swinging an axe at Oliver’s head in that fight.
TJUC123 yep!
@@Leadeshipcoach then rene and dinah act like they were the fucking innocent one
@@tShuka_ and ur acting like oliver is right 24/7 when he clearly isnt. Rene and dinah isnt perfect no, but they werent totally wrong in this season.
Well good news, was just announced that Roy will be returning as a series regular in season 7. His return means one thing...more SICK FLIPZ!
SERIOUSLY!?!?!
AlectricBritSmash! Yep. There was an official announcement earlier today from a few different outlets.
Glad to hear that, honestly I just want Dig to go with NTA and they have there own team, I want Oliver either going solo or having it just him and Roy.
Diggle was totally wrong in this episode. That was a low blow to use William's mom.

Roy Harper is returning for S7

Brit's reaction to Black Siren and Diaz making out tho 😂😂
They both had valid points and even though Dig has been Oliver’s partner the longest it means he can call Oliver out on things this was no exception Oliver is right he’s stretched thin and its even worse given he no longer has support as Green Arrow or as Mayor. Mad as I am at this I look forward to Dig’s new role as an ARGUS agent it may prove beneficial given as a federal agent it would give more reach for Dig since Star City is currently corrupt with Diaz’s influence.
12:03-12:05 Alex you are gonna be very happy about the Arrow news that dropped today.....
Best episode of the season
Alex, Brittany, I love you two 😄😄😄. Your reaction to this episode was absolutely spot in, especially you, Brittany, in the VERY inappropriate little scrap scene between Oliver and Dig. And you're so right, Alex, they shoulda kept Roy, Thea and Nyssa on for a few more episodes with what's just happened. Don't think there's any way in hell Laurel ever be redeemed now, not if she's fully with Richard Dragon
Max Reed Roy is confirmed as a regular on season 7
Boruto Uzumaki Yeah, I know that, thanks. I'd put this review up before I'd even heard the great news, that's all
What John meant by bad decisions is Oliver chose to be a father and that got samatha killed by being involved in their lives
I kept hearing some banging noises & thought “daaayuuum someone’s getting it in the next room! *wink face “ but I paid a little more attention & realized it was someone on a drum set 🤘🏽🤘🏽
(It was someone on the drum set, right?)
plot twist: someone got lucky on the drum set in the next room
Don't worry about interruptions. That's a consequence of having roommates. lol
I thought Diggle made some good points about Oliver's decisions, but only to a point.
Dig was really full of crap this episode.

Recap 6.18 . It was amazing
Siren has already said she doesn't trust diaz since he kille cayden james so I don't see her as being with him completely.
the conflict was interesting, however i feel it came out of no where.
Lol Oliver did create Prometheus by killing his father. Sooooo technically it’s his fault his baby mom died
kingofkings1stfs Oh enough crap. Chase's dad was an evil piece of shit. Are you saying Oliver should have expected his batshit crazy son to become obsessed with Oliver and make it his life's mission to ruin Oliver's life?

Never said the guy was innocent but Oliver actions for killing his father is what created him. Just like Arrow was created because the death of his own father.
Rick Jones also it’s Oliver fault for her death by involving Prometheus wife into their problems. Oliver crossed that line by involving her

kingofkings1stfs If Samantha stayed with the rest, she would not have died. They only involves Prometheus' wife with the hope that she could turn him but he murdered her.
Ewww. My face. 😂😂😂 I was missing Nyssa. I really did get bored, though. It was a good episode, but I was kind of bored. I had to rewatch.
I think sometimes arrow have bad writing in some of the story
Still better writing than Flash and Supergirl this seasons
lol as much as i luv the whole team thing with arrow does Oliver really need help thoe i mean if we go by the shows logic he is at the lvl of ra's al ghul i just cant see how normal ppl are even a challenge for him anymore especially if he is back to killing ppl so between him being op and felicity on computers do they need help. For the record on oliver's side for this one and if diggle thinks he can lead better which i dont think he can tbh why not get his own suit i mean shit its just a hoddie and build his own rep up.
Can u do Gotham reaction
To me I dont get it im someone who read about green arrow in the comics and the show isnt true to his character theyre trying so hard to give him a batman angle it just doesnt work for me the original green arrow is nothing like this character to be honest diaz is weak oliver is getting soft I'll give it one more try hopefully it gets better
anthony Hunt ... this too has been my problem with the show: they are trying to make him like Batman... even taking Batman villains and making then Green Arrow villains.

I have stopped watching at times ... but I end up coming back to see how it’s going.

This kinda crap is why Oliver should just go back to flying solo. Screw all these guys.
but if you think about it, *"flying solo"* is a risky option too. oliver's against not only diaz but his gang, anatoly, an entire police dept. full of corrupt cops, a bankrupt city screaming for blood and black siren as an inside double agent. even for the *heir to the demon* himself, that's alot of arrows to shoot...ijs 🏹
Beta Team Arrow left to become even more Beta.

And now Dig has lost his shit.
Deadpool 2 :(
What's that noise in the background?😒
our roommates drumming. Can't be helped.
