  • Join us this time as we go trackside to experience some big Diesel power pulling Multi-modal freight on the main South line through the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales.
Get an up close experience as we see these passes from a multi camera perspective as these Goliaths on rails pass through the picturesque country. #freighttrain #sydneyrail #train #livetrains

Hi Barrie 👋 I travelled through Gunning yesterday on the XPT while returning to Wagga, and the train actually stopped there. I immediately remembered your previous video and that I had mentioned that in all the years of travel the train had never stopped. I think Inland rail will have a big impact on trainspotting with many of these trains using the more direct route. I am wondering if you have seen the freight terminal in St Mary's and maybe filmed it. I have not seen any TH-cam creators cover this terminal, which surprises me due to its close proximity to the station. Excellent video Barrie, well done 👏 👍

Hi John, that's a great tip about St Mary's, I might take a trip out there and have a look. Yeah the inland country stations have so much character it would be a shame to see them disappear that's why I'm on a mission to document them now. Thanks for watching and commenting

@trainspottingwithbarrie You're very welcome, Barrie 👍 I am enjoying the history that you are presenting with these stations and the memories they invoke for some of us.
