No love triangle drama, no dead then alive then dead parent drama, sibling is drug free, hell she even gets along with her in laws. It's everything Elena wanted and never got: a nice, somewhat normal life. If you watch this with the head canon that Elena had a breakdown and was compelled to forget her old life it makes perfect sense lol.
