Last month we hosted the New York Yopen competition in Yonkers! 162 competitors gathered for a day filled with excitement and new personal records (and the Belgian NR single). We had a great time with you all and we hope to organize more competitions like this one in the future! Special thanks to Achira and Rae (and Phil of course) for organizing, and Alex, Evan, Lauren, and Patrick for delegating.

(not so) fun fact: the solve at 3:00 didn't count because Kyle Meade went up when the other Kyle M was called, and both happened to main a little magic with red internals

Thanks for the video. I follow you the most because of your gift to Cubers! I bought 20 cubes for Christmas for my friends and family this year! One day I can see me getting under one minute - I am so happy with under 2 minutes (like 1:59 average). That is all I need to feel wonderful.
I turned 65 years old one day, but to see the faces of young people when I finish a CUBE - Priceless! Let me know when you are 65? And how fast you are. I do not use Algorithms, I use look and see; like you showed in a video, I think you were just using the directions with the CUBE! It worked for me and I can still amaze people! Thank you so much for what you give to the everyone..
