Such a place exists. It's the new digital district in Punggol, which is also home to the Singapore Institute of Technology. And what intertwines them together is the mighty Collaboration Loop.
Host Chua Enlai unveils the creative solutions and designs behind this sustainable city, including a five-storey-high 124m long bridge so huge it had to be put together using eight parts.
