I saw an article recently about a study done on omega 3 vitamins and people with mood disorders. The study revealed that omega 3 fatty acids help reduce aggression and outbursts in people with certain mood disorders. I have a family member who has a mental illness, and I can say for a fact that I notice a significant improvement in their behavior when they are eating a diet filled with omega 3 fatty acids and B vitamins especially b12. These particular vitamins help feed the brain and keep it balanced and healthy.

Lasana is not alone in this since I was a youth growing up I see these condition that afect a person personally on my job in my family People with great profession We had to pause working sometimes It should not be normal but here we are many have to go through this.
