"Live From The Living Room" I was at this concert but the best seat I could get was in the kitchen. You guys are awesome. It's a great pairing of sounds and I never get tired of hearing you play together. RK
I first stumbled across this video sometime in 2010 when we were doing this song for my orchestra when I was in high school. I'm glad I saved it to my favorites 12 years ago since it's so nostalgic.
honestly, as someone who has spent the last rather stoned hour watching musical saw videos in awe and sometimes horror, this is the finest sawing i've heard. or at least it shows the best pitch control over the greatest range. again, no expert, but my hat's off to you.
I want to cry to this. *sob* Oh lord, I'm actually tearing up, which is odd since my left eye NEVER tears up ordinarily (makes contacts a pain). A thumbs up to you fine fellows.
Nice job, and I understand that the saw is perhaps THE pitchiest instrument to play. But then please be as faithful to the original music as possible. There is a significant deviation from the original from 1:23 - 1:43 and later in the parallel passage from 2:25 - 2:45.

I can now die a happy man without feelin' like the good Lord jipped me. Now I have truly seen it all.

first class intonation and technique
You had me all the way to the end. Nice job. Great pitch control and nice vibrato. I think I see the vibrato effect from the right leg.
The title to this song is the Music of the Night, and it was written by Andrew Lloyd Webber for the stage musical "The Phantom of the Opera."
very impressive saw playing!
Guys, I'm impressed.
I dont know what else to say.
The phantom of the opera is my favorite play in the world
Absolutely delightful and far more musical than Sarah Brightman.
Now I wana try that with my dad's saw and my mum's violin bow XD
