Most of the success came from the Z-Man Big TRD with a 1/16oz Mule Fishing jig head (color doesn't matter a whole lot, but I err toward "coppertreuse", as it's both bright and dark and suitable in all conditions) . I'm not sure what you mean by "teick".
@@Jeremy-ts9pt That was actually the dude that we ran into that suggested Ron use a chatterbait. Ron was fishing a chatterbait, on that fish... but it turned out to not be as effective as the slow-falling Ned.
Good job guys!!
Thanks, YK! I enjoyed having Ron along and having those additional cam angles!
@BarryP I'm slammed at work but in 2 weeks we need to hook up.
Dang toad at the end. That river is an awesome producer. Great video.
It's slowing down now, but what an awesome Spring!
Wow! Nice Job! Really nice smallies! Thanks for brining us along!
It's been nothing but amazing fun this season.
I would love to hear your friends feelings on his NRS kayak! Love your sentinel videos man!
I'll make it a point to do a video tour of Ron's yak with him. He's done a BUNCH of great mods and it would definitely be worth the watch.
This looks like the Elkhorn Creek in Kentucky
I hope it fishes as well in the spring. I'd love to link up if I get down there this season.
What time of year was this
@@Jeremy-ts9pt This was a month ago to the day (May 6, 2024).
Top notch right there, can't wait for part 2!!!!
Thanks Beau. If you didn't see the actual part 1, th-cam.com/video/ZgSMa5To1t8/w-d-xo.html
Part 3 will be out very soon!
@@BarryP Right on man, always looking forward to your vids!
@@beausoter1763 I truly appreciate it, Beau!
Ridiculous fish dude! We floated south of you yesterday. Nothing over 14", but a great day on the river. Looking forward to part 3 !
Thanks, man! It's already complete but I'm a bit light on content finished content, but I might release it tomorrow.
Potomac is fishing great too. Hell could probably use a little bit more water. Fish are AGGRESSIVE right now, clear water can be a gift and a curse.
Ron (the dude in this vid) and I went out a few days ago and it was SLOW. A few awesome surprises hit toward the end of the float, though.
What bait are you using and whats that teick your buddy is talking about you showed him lol

The trick your buddy said you taught him. Sorry I misspelled that

Awesome thanks brother. I'm gonna start using the bed rig and see how it treats me. I've heard nothing but great reviews outta that rig
