- Today's video is all about the chakras & crystals explained! If you are just getting into crystal healing one thing you might notice is the importance of chakra balancing. This video is an brief introduction on the chakra system, where it originated, the names of the chakras, where they are located on the body, the colors associated to each chakra, and lastly how crystals play a role in chakra balancing. Crystals are a wonderful way of getting your spiritual wellness to a new level. I finish out the video with some crystal recommendations that associate with each chakra I explain and really how crystals have benefited my chakra work. Now matter where you are on your spiritual journey, a crystal beginner, or well versed in chakra healing, I hope this video can act as guide to chakras, enjoy :)

I’ve always been attracted to blue-ish stones and crystals. Had no idea why. Till I realized I’m a Gemini (communicator/messenger), so it makes sense I’m attracted to things that help me balance and open that chakra. Wild.

I would love to see more on the subject. Do you work with the Shiva Lingam on a specific chakra? And how long did it take for you to sense a change by working with a specific crystal? 👀. Thanks again? 🙏
Awesome! I personally see the shiva working with all of them even the higher up ones, totally moving through each one. I would say depending on the unbalance seriousness it can take anywhere between a few hours and a few days, when I was working on my root chakra and using black tourmaline and obsidian I felt a lot better within a day, it was a fast turn around. Where as my solar plexus that takes more work for me, that one usually takes me a few days. But again, depending on your energy level how much you need to clear, may take longer. And of course!

Giiirl yes... def make more of these videos because I’m def interested in learning more about chakras... quick question, when you were talking about self assessments with crystals to see what chakras we might need to work on... you mentioned being attracted more to a crystal or less to it.... the crystals we feel more attracted to would be crystals associated with chakras we need to work on? Would the crystals we are less attracted to be linked to chakras we seem to be ok with? So many thoughts and questions haha... thank you for exploring this subject with us :)
Of course! Thank you for letting me know you would like future vids! :) I believe that the crystal we are attracted to are the chakras we need to give attention too. So lets say your really attracted to rose quartz, since that is all about the heart chakra you would ask yourself "hmm is this chakra over active or under active, what am I currently focusing on where I put attention to my heart." That's kinda how I assess why I'm be called to that crystal and then diving deeper into the why. I know it can be a little confusing just trying to navigate through it all! Happy to explain more if that doesn't make sense or if you have more questions :)

I have more heart chakra and the upper chakra stones than any others. I’ve always been more drawn to blue, purple, and green. Those lower chakras don’t appeal to me, but I have arthritis and really think they could help me if I gave them a chance, it’s just so hard for me to get past them not feeling beautiful to me
I heard malachite is one of the best stones for arthritis, I gave my mom a piece for her bday :) It would be a fun experiment for you to find a root chakra stone and see what happens!

Does anyone have an idea of how long it might take to open a chakra? And is it best to focus on opening one chakra at a time? I have at least a blocked root and third eye chakra. I've been focusing on trying to open the root chakra and not sure how to know when I have succeeded or if I should also focus on others at the same time.
This is a great question. It depends on how consistent you are with your chakra work I would say. I believe it is good to start at the bottom and work your way up. Chakra work can be done in SO many ways. It can be hard to explain it all but choosing your modalities like affirmations, breath work, yoga, crystals, food you eat etc.. it all plays a part when you are working on a specific chakra. I hope this can give you some guidance!
