      I have been struggling with painful symptoms of acid reflux that doctors found difficult to diagnose. I have applied this heartburn treatment t.co/o6RSF9BxUj with great hopes and it helped me in ways that I still can`t comprehend. I didn`t experience any symptoms of acid reflux anymore. It is like I`ve never suffered with heartburn.

    2 years ago i started suffering from really bad acid reflux and it got to the point where i had to pop an anti-acid tablet after every meal. Whenever i burped, i'd feel a burning sensation in my throat for a good 30-60 seconds. So i went on an all-natural diet. For two months now i've only eaten fruit, vegetables, rice and meat (pretty much anything you can gather in the wild). When i crave a biscuit i just grab a rice cake and put some honey on it. If i have the urge to eat candy, i eat grapes/strawberries or raisins instead. If i want some crisps/potato chips, instead i eat popcorn (non-flavoured versions - just salt popcorn or lightly sugared). I cut out candy/fizzy drinks/alcohol/wheat/dairy. I also don't smoke or drink alcohol. For drinks i have water or pure fruit juice (apple/pear/orange/mango). I no longer get acid reflux. 2 months on this diet cured me so i'm sharing it for anyone else.

      0perativeX Hey, just a tip, stop drinking fruit juice. It’s just fructose (a type of sugar) with trace amounts of minerals and vitamins. The fiber in fruit is essential for a healthy way to eat fruit.

      I'm currently experiencing this, especially if I eat something and sit/lie down. If I eat then drink water, it worsens my acid reflux- I burp constantly and feel the acid irritating my esophagus. For the last week I've been trying to eat healthy, laying off coffee and spicy food in particular, so we'll see how this goes.

  • @xxiao5156
    @xxiao5156 5 ปีที่แล้ว +391

    Why call it a heart burn when it is clearly a stomach/gastric tract problem? It is because the close proximity of the heart in relation to the esophageal junction. Anatomically, the junction sits directly anteroinferior to the pericardium that houses the heart. Also, the nerve innervation for esophagus shares many pathways with those responsible for the heart too. Thus, patients typically can't tell the difference if it is really their heart acting up. Hence the confounding misnomenclature.

    I used to have really bad heartburn daily after eating anything, and especially when I tried laying down for the night. I went to get tested for a gut bacteria known as H Pylori, and it turns out in some cases that can exacerbate symptoms. So I started on a two week plan of meds to rid my body of H Pylori and my heartburn/acid reflux has GREATLY subsided. I hardly ever have issues anymore. I recommend people getting that checked out first, before they do an endoscopy or start using proton pump inhibitors or H2 blockers!

    I did the surgery after suffering from GERD for 4 years and whenever people ask me what kind of surgery i went through, after explaining I realized more than 50% of our population have GERD and taking daily PPI ( anti acid ), i thought this video will explain why People suffer from GERD more than ever before and why the numbers are increasing, it’s not a virus or communicated disease, it’s a muscle multifunction or a hiatus hernia.
    Are the doctors responsible for that? Writing PPI in their description like crazy for longer periods increasing the acidity in stomach and not the other way round, this thing is really painful and causes further damage when not treated, PPI is not the solution and this video should look for the fundamental reason of the disease of the century and not some other diet video

    • @bmorcus
      @bmorcus 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Glory Ghassan you make such a good point. I had the same surgery, and before the surgery ate none of those foods and still suffered from GERD. I was on such strong PPI’s it was a relief when I finally had the surgery. Hope you are having good results from yours. Best decision I ever made

    In India elders always advise on not to eat too much or full stomach. The rule told is that you imagine three parts of your stomach and keep one part each for food, water and gas. Follow these and hopefully, you will be fine.

    I was diagnosed with GERD a little over a year ago. Oddly enough, I only experience symptoms when I'm under major stress. Last year was my last year of college and I was living with people who were frequently problematic, and I would wake up vomiting every morning from the acid that sat in my esophagus overnight. The day after I moved out of that place my symptoms healed, and only returned right before my ex left me a couple months ago (gone again now that I've moved on).
    I also can't really drink much alcohol. I almost always get heartburn when I drink.

    This is the story of my second reflux, sequel to the first one
    The night was falling, my parents were away from home on a trip.
    I was alone at the time because my brother was at a car meet with his friends.
    I was spending my night casually scrolling through youtube and talking to my friend on discord, then i felt a bit queasy and told my friend that im gonna go whip up some food, i went to the kitchen and sat down
    I sat down onto the chair in the kitchen and looked down on the floor and started wiping my forehead out of sweat.
    I looked outside, then at the clock it was only around 1am and i went back to my computer and told my friend, that id call him later
    I grabbed my phone and then i went to the bathroom to sit on the toilet and start googling answers to the sudden sensation.
    I didnt get any good answers and i went outside for a moment, it relieved the nausea that had built up.
    I went back to my computer and was just about to call my friend back but then i just froze for a moment and took a breath.
    I left a message for my friend and told him that i wasnt feeling so well, and that i was gonna go to sleep.
    I was very confused of my situation and then. Once again it struct me.
    I rushed to the bathroom gagging, but this time i puked. I was convinced that i had the stomach flu and went to bed, armed with my trusty old bucket for emergencies.
    I made it into my bed but with the insane sensation of exhaustion and nausea.
    I turned off the lights on the room, and went to bed lying on my side. And trying to think of nothing, but i couldnt. Then all the memories of past nauseas, sicknesses, and vomiting videos ive seen rushed into my mind, i was too exhausted to move to my bucket which was right next to my bed.
    My hands started shaking insanely, i put on my night lamp and gathered the strenght to grab my phone and google for results, nothing matched completely my symptoms, and i was pretty sure that i dont have any form of cancer development.
    Then i put my phone back on and left the light on because it for some odd reason made me less nauseated.
    I then fell very quickly asleep and in the morning my night lamp was super hot, so i turned it off fast and now messaged my mom about the thing, she quickly regognised it and told me that i had a reflux and that i shouldnt eat so heavy anymore.
