Just had a situation just like this, dropped them QUICK! The funny thing is the manager originally wanted window cleaning services after seeing me do another storefront in the same mall. He said he wanted inside and outside cleaning weekly. The problem is he kept changing when he wanted me to come and getting paid was a hassle. So I totally agree with you, it’s better to drop them than to deal with the headache of trying to chase them for your money. Like the saying goes, “all money ain’t good money!”

Yeah. We drop clients like that. If it's a hassle to get paid or it seems they dont want you there or they try to stop you and you only come on the days your supposed to clean them. Drop em like his hott

I always offer a free service after the first 6 visits. Works well for me.

doesn't sound like that restaurant will be around much longer with a owner like that. Good call on taking a loss on that one

Josh Dicus exactly what I was thinking. I wish them the best. But treating people right means a lot to me. Even if you’re not interested in the services. I have been told no with respect many times by great people. Shook their hands and went our separate ways. But this was not one of those moments lol
