@@Mr.Puzzle Herzliches Hallo. Ich habe einige nice Ideen . Es waere super wenn Du mir schreiben würdest. Am besten hiet Glomb.g x g mail . Wäre echt super wenn ich Dich erreichen könnte
Awesome puzzle design, and extra kudos for putting in the effort to send a demo version so Mr Puzzle can explain the solution better! Would definitely like to see more from Joe.
A Cooper is an old english term to mean Barrel-maker, and is where the surname Cooper comes from - much like other english surnames like Mason and Smith, as it was the trade that formed the surname :)
That's absolutely insane! Really love the cross-section model to explain the inner workings, great for people who aren't the best at visualising things like this
Wow! A viewer did this? Awesome! Also, at 15:02 you knocked out a part of the puzzle and said "Piece out!"... was that a pun for "peace out!"? if so, brilliant!
Thats amazing! Did you ever notice that Mr. Puzzle never really solves the puzzle. He just gets lucky and reverse engineers it afterwards for the solution. lol
The creator of this puzzle has an amazing mind to be able to come up with an idea like this and implement it is just too good it would make me feel sick if this didn't take long to create just amazing
Very interesting and well designed puzzle that demonstrates the vast potential of 3d printing for puzzle making - that double threaded screw would have been extremely difficult and time consuming to manufacture and test by traditional methods.
We call that half barrel that shows the solution that you showed at the end a cutaway in English. There are commonly used to show how mechanical parts for work product training, trade show environments, museum displays and for many additional applications. You seem them for engines, regulators, valves, faucets/taps, pumps, gear boxes, etc. They also come in drawing form called a cutaway drawing. You certainly have these in Germany too. I believe the German word for the cutaway drawing is Schnittzeichnung, though I’m not sure what you call a physical 3D version of a Schnittzeichnung.
@@Mr.Puzzleyes I knew so I was sure you knew of it, I wasn't sure if you knew the English term for it. In this case it was literally a half barrel so I used that term not because its a specific term a for a type of cutaway in English.
Brilliant puzzle. Really clever mechanism. Unfortunately I can't use smacking puzzles as since I broke both my wrists in a silly accident they are very sensitive to pain but at least I get to watch you do it and admire the craftsmanship 8)
8:31 I think you accidentally confused this for one of the Donkey Kong bongo controllers based on how much you are banging on it. Common mistake, I would send it back and reorder.
I love this! Even when solved it's just satisfying to study it! 😍
haha, are you sure you hadn't opened the envelope? looked easy to open LOL
No reason to do it. I could have also looked at the thingiverse page as written in the letter. But why should I do that. 😁
Is you do everything on that stone???
Granite...i mean

That double thread is a wicked cool trick
It's especially great because you don't have to figure it out be feel. When you pull that piece out you can see most of what's going on
The half section piece which shows the working was even better than the original puzzle.👍
Well it 3d printed so they just printed half a barrel with all the other components.
The half barrel is just amazing to explain the macanism. Congrats to the creator
I love how 3D printing has added new dimensions to puzzles since it brings so much flexibility to manufacture!
Looks so simple from the outside but that's pretty smooth engineering on the inside.
Very clean design and construction, I agree.
Dual threads... ingenious. Also, the quality of the print is clearly outstanding. Great show!
Awesome puzzle design, and extra kudos for putting in the effort to send a demo version so Mr Puzzle can explain the solution better! Would definitely like to see more from Joe.
Excellent! I agree with another commenter… the double-thread feature is seriously clever.
Gosh this is just beautiful!
Definitely one of the most beautiful puzzle mechanisms I have ever seen
One of the best designed and manufactured puzzles I have ever seen.
Your enthusiasm for puzzles is very inspiring
I can't believe that's 3d printed. The quality is amazing
I think that half puzzle is more valuable than the full one😂.. nice to display in shelves 🤩
Shout out to that creator👏🏼👏🏼

I think this puzzle is the best of all the puzzles you have done. Very tricky!
That's absolutely insane! Really love the cross-section model to explain the inner workings, great for people who aren't the best at visualising things like this
Awesome puzzle. It's very cool when every little thing is important like the screw being double threaded. Very nice.
Excellent puzzle design, Joe! Thanks for sharing!
Really love and enjoy the tutorial of the solution of this awesome puzzle in the last part of this video. The mechanism is super amazing.
Love the half barrel showing the mechanism, it was awesome. A Cinematic intro will be nice.
So very clever put together.
I just loved watching you solve this one, you were having so much fun!! What a great puzzle, congratulations Joe!
What a lot of work must've gone into making that. From design to build, and finally to creating that cross-sectional model. Very nice!
Very impressed by the design, always impressed by Mr Puzzle 👏
Very clever design. Very thought provoking puzzle!
Joe-great puzzule and great cut-away example of how it functions!

Wow! A viewer did this? Awesome! Also, at 15:02 you knocked out a part of the puzzle and said "Piece out!"... was that a pun for "peace out!"? if so, brilliant!

Did I mention that I'm an engineer? 😉
I am familiar with it but never heard them beeing called half barrel.

Always learning something new! 😁👍
i love the egg puzzle cinematic intro...for me that was mind blowing . 😁😁
At 7:53 the screw rotated itself back in… spooky!
Brilliant puzzle. Really clever mechanism. Unfortunately I can't use smacking puzzles as since I broke both my wrists in a silly accident they are very sensitive to pain but at least I get to watch you do it and admire the craftsmanship 8)
😳 That sounds painful!
wow!
Amazing
💪🌎🙏
Everyone‘s talking about the ingenious mechanism and the half barrel. While this is impressive, no doubt, I’m still drawn to the barrel shape itself.
Please do more cinematic intro 😻😻
Mechanisms for different usage
Nice puzzle you should audition for the chosen
So the thread is a double helix? Great design.
Who doesn’t want more cinematic openings? Literally no one….
The cut in the middle is called bunghole
The Riddler ain't got shit on Mr. Puzzle!

No beer?
Good afternoon Mr. Puzzle how are you doing this evening?
Doing some puzzling
I want to buy some puzzles where do i get it???
