Wow Jay!!! I had no idea what to expect but loved the film on so many levels. Concept, script, acting, sound (and you know how important that is to me) cinematography...unbelievably good. Can't wait to see what comes next.

A interesting well done short film that hits many issues for millennial's and everyone who is trying to become a better you. Makes you think how others perceive you and their interactions and leaves you hanging and wanting for more. Kinda of the "tip of the iceberg". A must see....great new fresh face with Jay Soni....

This is an amazing short film. It's awesome to see how Jay presented multiple themes and interpretations in such a short amount of time. Is this the story about a man who will stop at nothing to achieve his purpose? Is this a film about the dangers of never feeling comfortable in yourself? The vague ending speaks to the artistic nature of this piece and truly allows the viewer to see things as they see fit. Can't wait to see what comes next!

Great work to all involved! It brings up a really interesting point - at what point in self-help does a person finally feel like they've become "better"? Do they ever reach a point where they're satisfied, or do they always feel inadequate. Do these kinds of programs prey upon the insecure to constantly string them along? Is it all formulated in a way to force the member to push people out of their life that speak anything negative, all for the sake of "self-betterment"? Great stuff.

Great short film. Really creative and the plot thickens as he continues to change for the better and gain self-confidence. Whether it be at the workplace or at the gym, shows how much one's approach to life really makes a difference. Jay shows his positive attitude, change of perspective, and is able to watch himself grow as a person as he makes mental breakthroughs and overcomes barriers. Furthermore, I'd like to add the fact that he looked very composed and experienced all throughout the film and I found myself thinking, "he's had to have a ton of experience to pull this off." Overall, great short film, truly enjoyed every part of it. Best of luck in the future.

I am confused. Is the message to keep improving or to quit improving?

I think what I understood in the video is that at the ending, he decided to keep improving no matter what. Because he knew that he was broken and he needed help. His girlfriend probably did not understand what he truly felt but he knew that he needed to improve himself because he was feeling broken. That is why he paid 8000 dollars no matter what. This is my own understanding.
