I think Luvdisc is so overlooked. Yeah, it has so low stats but it's so cute! Just look at his Sapphire pokemon entry: "LUVDISC’s heart-shaped body is a symbol of love and romance. MarioMario369 It's so happy looking for another fetus Pokemon. I like him better than Munna and and Musharana. My favorite bird Pokemon is the gen 5 Pokemon is Braviary and it's just so regal looking and it's shiny is blue.

Same, my Sigilyph saved my Serperior from fainting I don't know how many times, they have great synergy. It also plays really well with a sturdy Boldore/Gigalith. The design is my second favorite psychic one after Xatu, I just love that totem pole feel they both have. Psychics are definitely up there in the weird and wacky design. I hadn't seen that shiny Sigilyph and now I have to decide whether or not to go get one and water down my love for my elite four Sigilyph :(
I feel like you overlooked Octillery, Magcargo, and Maractus... I haven’t even heard any of those talked about seriously in a long time, which is sad because I really like these Pokémon a lot. I’m glad you mentioned Sigiliph, because it’s right up there with these Pokémon too Edit: Forgot about Cryogonal, Toxicroak, Stantler, Beheeyem, Clawitzer, Parasect, Darmanitan (ESPECIALLY Zen Mode, Zen Mode is probably the most forgotten Pokémon in any form, period), Kricketune, Floatzel, CHINGLING (probably the most forgotten pre evolution), Drifblim, Hariyama, Swoobat, Swanna, Sudowoodo, and a LOT more (though, thinking about it, Zen Mode Darmanitan and Chingling are probably the most forgotten Pokémon)
Roserade is super overlooked as well. It has a 90 speed stat, a 125 Sp attack stat, and is one of the few pokemon that gets Technician so even it's weak moves have strong base power. Plus it's movepool is fairly large for a pokemon you would think wouldn't get much love.
I think Maractus is pretty overlooked. It has an adorable design, an awesome shiny, and a certain charm I just love it for. Nobody ever mentions it but I love it regardless.
My favorite pokemon used to be toxicroak, then i realized it's super overlooked. Heck. I have NEVER seen it in any pokemon youtuber videos. Even the one's were they talk about super overlooked pokemon. You know a pokemon is overlooked when people TALK about super overlooked pokemon, and don't even mention it.
Girafarig is my favourite Pokémon! I love it when I tell people my favourite is Girafarig and they’re like “oh yeah, I forgot about Girafarig but I like him too!”
I used Castform on my team in omega ruby, and if I remember was the one who got the final hit on steven stones mega metagross. I loved playing around with the weather to cover types and stuff, as well as benifit other team members as castform normally didn't last until the end of the weather. Still, they were fun while they lasted. Definitely overlooked.
My favourite Pokemon from each generation: Gen 1: Articuno. A majestic, legendary bird, that uses my favourite type? Sign me right the heck up. Beautiful, but not my favourite legendary. My favourite legendary isn't on this list, however, so, I guess this is my favourite legend on this list? Even though it is the only legend. Gen 2: Quilava, my favourite starter evolution. I remember trying to llay through Soul Silver without evolving any pokemon to their fully evolved form, and it was really fun. Quilava being my odvious best mon, followed by Machoke. Gen 3: Tropius or Swalot, can't decide which of these two I like more, they are both mons I almost never see used in any kind of playthrough, except for mine. Tropius is and always will be my go to flying type for Hoenn, and Swalot (or, in my case, Swagalot) will almost usually be found on my team as many times as I can during repeat playthroughs of gen 3. Gen 4: Luxray. By far, my favourite Pokemon of all time. I have so many stories around it. First, Shinx was the first Pokémon I ever caught in the wild, as Diamond was my first game. Every time I had a rough time with a gym leader, my older sister would trade me her overlevelled Luxray to my game and let me use it to skip through difficult gym battles, since I was a horrible Pokémon player, and I always use Luxray on my team in new Pokémon games as much as I can, and even used an EV trained, specially bred Luxray for OR/AS when they first came out. Ice fang and Fire fang were so useful early game. And that isn't even 10% of my Luxray Stories. Also, gen 4 is the gen with my favourite legend in it, and I don't feel like saying it, cuz people would question my sanity for it. Gen 5: Cryogonal. Out of all the amazing gen 5 designs, things like Bisharp, Hydreigon, Golurk, Kyurem, Serperior, and all those Pokemon.... it was CRYOGONAL that stuck with me the most. First, I love ice types, Ice is and always has been ny favourite type (even though Electric is close second). Cryogonal may not have good stats, or a grand movepool (Seriously? Atract?) but something about it.... could it be it's cool design, it's sinister and chilling cry, or the fact that it tries to hopelessly to charm opponents, but nobody ever wants it except Ditto, and even then it's only in the daycare, something about the special snowflake puts it as ny favourite gen 5 Pokemon. Gen 6: Gourgeist. BOO! GHOST PUMPKIN! HALLOWEEN! MWAHAHAHAHAH! TRICK-OR-TREAT! HAHAHAHAHAH! TONIGHT'S GONNA BE THE GREATEST! THE FRIGHTS! THE SCREAMS! THE TERROR! THE... kit-kat bars! YEAH!! ALL IN THE NAME OF HALLOWEEN!!!!! Gen 7: Ribombee. Adorable, little cuddly fairy bee that I just want to snuggle. This thing is so dang cute that it was the first Alolan Pokemon that I knew I HAD to have on my team. But does it hold up in battle? Well, yeah- HOLY MOTHER OF- *PG-13! CAN'T SAY THESE THINGS* -THAT THING IS FAST! SONIC CAN'T KEEP UP! IT JUST SPRAYS POLLEN AND SHINES A LITTLE BIT AND THE DRAGONS JUST FLOP OVER DEAD! Been shiny hunting for a Ribombee using SOS method for a while now, and still no luck... hope I find one soon, I want my adorable ball of playfulness and deadiness to come in pink.
I was actually think the same thing today when I was leveling up my first shiny Tentacruel that I found on my Soul Silver game! I absolutely love it, and it has a decent nature and ability. So it is probably one of the few shiny Pokémon that I’ve been so excited about adding to my team.
I think Satoshi Tajiri would approve of your bug catching as that was one of his main inspirations for Pokémon. ;) Those animations looked fantastic too. :)
I think it would be cool if you did a "top 10 pokemon that look way better when they're shiny" list. I am not a shiny hunter but i have to agree that some pokemon look prettier in their shiny form.
Honestly, i can understand for the very humanoid ones, like Gardevoi, Hatterene, Liligant, Tsarena, Meloeta, Alcremie etc.. , they're basicaly just monster girls But them there is NSFM art of Eevee and Vulpix (not even anthropomorphized), and that's just . . . Why ?. . .

I can't believe Lumineon finally made a list! I irrationally love that pretty glowing fish, and it's cool reverberating cry! I love all of the marine life inspired picks especially!
If your curious about the Masquerain buff, well it got more usage in the very low tiers. It's now faster as a sticky web user. It gets unique moves like hydro pump and ice beam that, which work nicley with the speed buff and quiver dance. Just wish it was water/bug ;( And stealth rock actually needs to be nerfed
When I was a young child I was obsessed with Relicanth, I had just learned about coelecanths so I turned it into my main team and got it to lvl 100 in Ruby 😂
Use some fire type Pokemon since it's a grass type...also if you have a slowpoke it can help by using yawn to make it fall asleep and you can attack it...and if it has disable that's a plus because it can stop Lurantis from healing on it's own and using it's powerful moves. 5:33 I'll never overlook Relicanth thanks to the rock gym battle in Kalos. That thing was the first Pokemon I ended up battling against some random gym NPC. And GOSH - even with a type that's strong against it, that thing swept my team in an instant! All hail the Relicanth Ya boi can destroy
despite playing each generation to death, I never knew heatmor was a thing. when you put it up I thought it was some fan pokemon at first. Gotta love finding those odd pokemon you totally missed
I used Sygilyph over and over again and I beat Elesa with it and it's gust won me the match and it helped me with clay and the person who told me about the hidden location *cough cough*strange house*cough cough* had a sygilyph as their profile icon on lots of websites so for me it's not overlooked
My Surskit was amazing!! I used her a lot for the beauty contests and things like that. She evolved into a Masquerain, and she was one of my favorite pokemon on my team!
Lanturn with Stockpile and Volt Absorb can obliterate Red, Pikachu is useless against it and the rest of his team can't do that much to it. You might have to switch out on Snorlax but really other than that it can take a hit from Venusaur anytime of the week.
I'll just do a top 5 Qwilfish - Originally overlooked by Tentacruel, then Tentacruel got overlooked by Toxapex...so Qwilfish went down even further...I love it's design and i think pufferfishes are hilarious. Bouffalant - Super underrated design, like a better Tauros, and it's just fucking cool man dude. Hitmontop - JUST ANOTHER COOL AS POKEMON MAN! IT'S A SPINNING TOP! I also loved to use it Competitively Cradily - Overlooked because Armaldo is much "better" offensively, but i think Cradily has that weird ass cool look to it. Froslass - AND ICE GHOST? DAS SOME ICY COLD SPOOPY SHIT RIGHT THERE.
Tauros looks wonderfully ferocious and wild, that's why I personally like it way more than Bouffalant, which has some chill vibes to it, but looks a little harmless. Totally agree otherwise, tho. Qwilfish is won-der-ful.

I was actually think the same thing today when I was leveling up my first shiny Tentacruel that I found on my Soul Silver game! I absolutely love it, and it has a decent nature and ability. So it is probably one of the few shiny Pokémon that I’ve been so excited about adding to my team.
I think Satoshi Tajiri would approve of your bug catching as that was one of his main inspirations for Pokémon. ;) Those animations looked fantastic too. :)

If your curious about the Masquerain buff, well it got more usage in the very low tiers. It's now faster as a sticky web user. It gets unique moves like hydro pump and ice beam that, which work nicley with the speed buff and quiver dance. Just wish it was water/bug ;( And stealth rock actually needs to be nerfed

Use charjabug it gets acrobatics and bug bite.
Use some fire type Pokemon since it's a grass type...also if you have a slowpoke it can help by using yawn to make it fall asleep and you can attack it...and if it has disable that's a plus because it can stop Lurantis from healing on it's own and using it's powerful moves. Hope this helps you on your Pokemon Journey!

I used Sygilyph over and over again and I beat Elesa with it and it's gust won me the match and it helped me with clay and the person who told me about the hidden location *cough cough*strange house*cough cough* had a sygilyph as their profile icon on lots of websites so for me it's not overlooked

Lanturn with Stockpile and Volt Absorb can obliterate Red, Pikachu is useless against it and the rest of his team can't do that much to it. You might have to switch out on Snorlax but really other than that it can take a hit from Venusaur anytime of the week.

Qwilfish - Originally overlooked by Tentacruel, then Tentacruel got overlooked by Toxapex...so Qwilfish went down even further...I love it's design and i think pufferfishes are hilarious.
Bouffalant - Super underrated design, like a better Tauros, and it's just fucking cool man dude.
Hitmontop - JUST ANOTHER COOL AS POKEMON MAN! IT'S A SPINNING TOP! I also loved to use it Competitively
Cradily - Overlooked because Armaldo is much "better" offensively, but i think Cradily has that weird ass cool look to it.
Froslass - AND ICE GHOST? DAS SOME ICY COLD SPOOPY SHIT RIGHT THERE.

Tauros looks wonderfully ferocious and wild, that's why I personally like it way more than Bouffalant, which has some chill vibes to it, but looks a little harmless. Totally agree otherwise, tho. Qwilfish is won-der-ful.
