Great vid Spartan! I like these series. Btw, you can get the two wing turrets on the Kaiser to fire in a full broadside, but you have to completely expose your full broadside to in order to do so, so it’s better to just angle and use your 8 gun salvo while angling
Brilliant idea 👍, it was interesting to watch your Hyde build, but could skip the other builds as I already got mine with AL Scharnhorst, and skip straight to the game play 🎮
Sparten, I think the biggest factor in the Bismarck not shooting down the Swordfish was they were canvas planes and AA shells fired by the Bismarck just went through without arming, and allowing the plane to function still.
Funny I have completed both American and German BB lines. Also Spartan don’t worry you don’t have to suffer in the Konig 😁👍 P.S. Konig and Kaiser great with Franz Von Hipper

I was surprised when I broke 100k damage in my Clemson, I didn’t sexpect that at all, I used to think that the Clemson sucked because it only had four guns in total, but the more I play it, the more damage I get
One time I was playing world of warships blitz I was using the Kaiser and I took down the Wyoming after I took that one down I started to attack a another Wyoming they had two Wyomings I needed help with the second one because of my damage
As much as I love the Bayern and the Bismarck (my favourite ships for pure fun) my opinion is the Kaiser and Gneisenau let the German line down. I use Farsight as my legendary perk on Hyde just for the added torpedo detection through the lower tiers, but i do change back to Fight fire with fire for the Bismarck. I'll try Alidad later as I never use it before
I’ve noticed recently that a lot of my shots have been passing through lately, no hits at all, bit they look like they should be hitting. Not sure if it’s lag or a bug but it’s been very annoying, noticed it a lot in my Baltimore
I think this is when you shoot thrue an island? Instead of splatter against the mountain, they pass thrue it, but does no damage when hitting the ship. You see them hit, but the hits dos not register as such. (?) It has happend to me sometimes in US DD´s. When i backed off the island, the shots was connecting again.
Save up your GXP as she's available soon for 750k, but be warned I had her after the campaign and she's the only ship I've ever hated enough to sell. I found her to be worse than the Colorado.
@@vinnyganzano1930 That might be a hard pass for me then. California is the only American BB that I can get value with. I get more citadel shots with Bismark then Iowa.
You can get both wing turrets firing on the Kaiser the ship your shooting at needs to be I think is over 8km away from you any closer the it wont allow it
The Bismarck couldn’t shoot down the swordfish torpedo bombers because they were built extremely tough and could fly so low that the Bismarck’s AA couldn’t aim down enough to hit them
With the Japanese having the concealment mod for applicable BB’s I’d say Amagi is very good and it might make her better than some of the others. Especially with the 10 410mm guns.
Bismarck is good, Amagi not bad, the Richelieu stinks of stale cigarette smoke, cheap red wine and garlic, the Vanguard can blooter your arse if you're not paying attention but the Iowa is still the easiest and most forgiving T7 tech tree BB.
@@SpartanElite43 I have the Iowa, just finished getting my xp for. all upgrades on it. I like. it, but my only complaints are the accuracy; I get such big spreads, especially horizontal. I'm using 16/1 sims, (9)scarnhorst/(8)cunningham traits, disp ship upgrade. Oh and. also. the mobility, holy. hell, that thing is like a skateboard with the trucks tightened down so far, it doesn't even tilt. and turn. I don't. know why they wouldn't give the 40% rudder shift. Just remembered that the Massachusetts will be available for 750k free xp. How. does that compare? I have like. 500k. saved right now, and was. going to use that to get. up the German line if I went that route, since I'm only at t3 German. I'm like 100k. from amagi though.
I’ll probably end up using Brawler for Ciliax (when I somehow save enough commander XP or get lucky with a crate(probably won’t run Hide either because of WTR))since I won’t hit anything at range anyway
Commander crates give you commanders you don't have. They made this change a long time ago so the only time you get duplicates is when you have all commanders unlocked so Ciliax will drop the more you get.
You're not alone, I loved the German line and I don't understand the hate from some players for Gneisenau, true she's more Battlecruiser than Battleship but she's one I loved playing
@@vinnyganzano1930 me too I love the kaiser,the konig is alright idk the guns are accurate, but the shop just doesn't seem to have the same tanky-ness as the kaiser the bayern is ok but definitely a mid range ship and ok accuracy and i don't have the genisuinau yet but I've heard it's a pretty good mid-close range battlecruiser
I....absolutely hated the German Line. Kaiser and Konig were manageable. Bayern and Gneis...Hot garbage up until Bismarck. She never gave me any problems and the fact I had her turret traverse down to like 22 seconds was yeah. Won quite a bit of drivebys with it and running down Water Princess's in reverse as my secondaries laughed at them was enjoyable. Whether I ran Hipper or Ciliax. My dispersion was pretty disgusting.
Totenkopf is German for dead head or head of the dead. I think. Those Germanic languages always have very similar vocabulary and grammar. Not that easy to tell.

Totenkopf might mean something in swedish, but in german it means "skull" or "death's head" depending on context.
I´m swedish, no - its a german word. It translates to "döskalle" or "dödskalle" in swedish. Also depending on context of course. :)
totenkopf is German, I used to use it as my call sign when I was younger. also was named for one of the SS Panzer division units.

If you go flat broadside and aim on port (left) side of that ship you can get all turrets to fire it’s a very tight window but it is possible.
When you were shooting at the t-22 you fired that starboard wing turret.

Totenkopf was the deaths head skull and cross bones the SS adopted from the Prussians. Hussars I think.

I always run Hipper, I just don't like Ciliax, and I seem to do pretty well with Hipper commanding.
You can actually get the second wing turret when you go fully broadside

With the Americans having three odd bb commanders (Lyons, Prime and Kong) I was hoping one would be a hybrid like Hyde. So disappointing.

At a certain range and angle you can get all turrets on target, really difficult tho 😂😂😂
