I am Jamaican and I love Nigerian food when the meat is soft. Many Nigerian youths born here in the UK like the meat soft also. Not too soft but not really really hard until the meat gets thrown away. Well done!!! You make me so hungry I'm ordering nigerian takeaway right now. Food of my Ancestors.
Reignn hi i am also from jamaica i love eating african food as well, here in germany there are so much variety of african foods ghana nigeria Eritrea zambia etc .
I love how you pointed out to boil the tomatoes first before adding it to the fried paste! I have learned sooo much from your videos and truly enjoying watching you 💕💕
Funny how people just jump in the comments to abuse and criticize her work. Please go ahead and make yours so we can see how you do yours. This is the way she cooks and if you don't like it, move to the next video. So disrespectful of you all.
You cook very well; however, try to use less artificial cubes. With your good seasoning ( Salt, garlic, herbs, ginger, parsley, bay leaves, bell pepper etc...) you can make your chicken taste excellent. Even a good cook always tries to get some tips from others because we can never be done learning.
Janet ,Hope you are well. You need to monetised or do whatever they do to make money from all these adverts you do freely. I have bought many things because of you ,for example Ducross products and basmati sella rice amongst others. God bless you.
This is good. I tried your party jellof rice and my family loved it. Next time I will try this chicken to go with it. Thanks for the recipe. I love cooking outside too when the weather permits me. Much love from NJ
I love the cooking outside like this. But You do not need aroma, you have already everything. Cheaper and better with salt. I like your cooking. Thank you🌹
To those of u saying two maggi was too much. Ha! na wa for una ooo. that much food, so many other youtubers would use 6 or more. she's gooooood. i visited a friend recently n she cooked fried rice. omg, that was fried maggi, not fried rice. its a miracle that i survived it.i'm not exaggerating.
My dear 14 knorr cubes is just too much, you can make this chicken more delicious with natural real taste of the chicken. Thyme, curry, bay leaf, Ginger ,Garlic, salt, pepper, onion, rosemary leaf with little seasoning and u will have that delicious ,real taste of your chicken.
This is an incredible recipe, gosh I don't even it to get finish. Mine I eat it with fried potatoes and plantains. I played down the fried potatoes and plantains underneath then spread the chicken on top after preparing it. Holy cow my kids and husband love it a lots. Thanks for sharing 👏👏👏👏👏
I've had Nigerian food before and i must say it tastes amazing, but one thing I've noticed when you guys cook meat you too quick to take it off the heat while it's still very much hard.
Hi Dear, like your cooking but you can do it without cubes because it is not good for health. Please try it without cubes and see how delicious it is. Healthy Cooking please..........
You can make money by advertising for companies that you use their products to cook. Please mask the names and don't do free advert for then. Nice cooking, thanks for sharing.
Unfortunately, most of our seasonings out there contains MSG: unless you don't want to use any at all. Moreover, you can never run away from MSG as long as you eat out.
@@obyvanessa you're not supposed to wash raw chicken. As you can spread the bacteria all around your kitchen when the water splashes off the meat. People think water can wash away bacteria. But what makes you think that the high heat produced when cooking, which denatures the bacteria's enzymes and inhibit growth won't kill all the bacteria. The main reason we cook food is to kill the bacteria so it's safe to eat. If washing chicken cleans it completely as you say, you might as well eat it raw. But if you do want to wash your chicken, you have to wash it very well, like with vinegar or lemons. You also need to wipe down your kitchen sink and surfaces with bleach. The main reason they advice against it is that many people won't wash it properly.
some parts of Nigeria and Africa don't have industrial cleaning stuff for their animals, abroad are more developed, don't have all that risk as there, and the high temperature use to kill bacterias. nobody has die for chicken bacteria around here that o have heard. but it's a choice.

Jennifer Maxwell Aunty used 7 then divided
but later she used it to give taste the jollof rice.
It’s not too much. The amount of stock cubes depends on the size of what you’re cooking. As you can see, she’s cooking a lot.
...And isnt 'Aromat' seasoning is supposed to be dangerous to health? Please confirm.
@@bwanaherikalela5670 if is not natural it will be for the sodium and quimichals.

It depends on the kind of meat used. Usually chickens get soft real quick unlike goat meat or turkey
l love the recipe thanks sis .Did you use the blended pepper for both jollof rice and the chicken?
I love cooking and I like the way you made the jollof rice and the chicken,I have taken some tips from you.thanks for the great work.yummy yummy

Yes. TH-cam is making money from her so he should make the money also.
Wowwww looks soooo deeeeelish😋😋
The MSG though!
Unfortunately, most of our seasonings out there contains MSG: unless you don't want to use any at all.

There's no scientific evidence that msg is harmful.
I can lmagine the strength of stirring that chicken, the stew is really looking yummy sis. .Thanks for sharing

Hi, please how can I get the outdoor cooker and the cylinder?
Mmmh...will try this
Much love from kenya wow
Well done! Looks scrumptious :)
Thanks 🙏🏽
👍🏾
Good but too much of ingredients
I just feel like eating your food. You are really a good cook.
Yammy nice. Thank you
Nice one...but d tomato is scaring too much 🤷
Nyc food but the Maggy is too much,,, other natural ingredients are way better
It is not too much for a carton of chicken. Chicken has to be seasoned properly or else it would taste like sawdust.
Everyone has their own taste,,, I call that heart burn
That look so good 🇬🇧
Guys she is soo good
Nice
Wow love this 💕and love the derica tinned tomatoes .this came out nice
I can smell the aroma from here😀🥳
Nice cooking however I feel that the oil is too much
