    How to spot WWYD:
First observe a loud intimate public conversation then they will argue with one being a victim, the aggressor will then give some silly reason to leave mid-argument leaving them alone, they will then return and finish the conversation and leave.

Yep. My sister's boyfriends friend was caught up in it. He was talking to someone online who used AI to make a female person he thought he was talking to, so as a young male does he sent "dic pics" and the other person/scammer used AI to send nudes of this fake woman back in order to get these photos from him, he was then blackmailed with those photos and ended up taking his own life.

For adults to engage then choice of real language verse coded slang is very necessary. Also, not all teens are the same despite what cultural changes happen. I grew up in ga and met some girls from Kansas that acted like older women than teens and didn't know anything about pop culture or certain terms. Honestly, I was super lame I school and didn't listen to certain music or understood what my generation was even talking about if they didn't say it in plain English.

As a man, the two men at the beginning absolutely made my day. I think one of the reasons why not many women trust men anymore is because a lot of men either victimize them or otherwise just don’t stick up for them when they have the chance. Whether it’s defending women in dangerous situations or calling out misogyny when we see it, a lot of men feel like it’s not their place to get involved. I’m incredibly lucky that I had male role models who taught me to respect and protect women, and I’m also very lucky that most of my friends are female and have offered me a unique perspective on that sort of thing. I don’t think of myself as any better or worse than the average man, because I think that most men are good people. But I can tell you from personal experience that, as a man, finding out that your mother, sister, or significant other has been hurt by other men is an AWFUL feeling. Which is part of why I stick up for women when I need to, even if I don’t know them, because I don’t think that ANYBODY deserves to be deliberately left to suffer in situations where they need help. And seeing a group of older men stick up for a young woman they don’t know fills me with hope and joy, because if that were a real situation then that young woman would be going home knowing that there are men out there that do care about them.

Honestly though, it's not really about that ... like yeah sometimes these are very unrealistic situations that don't really happen but something like this DOES happen albeit I've not seen this with AI since I grew up without it and of course it would likely happen in an isolated environment, not a public setting like this.
Them talking loudly is about getting peoples to be aware of the situation; make strangers aware of something going on in the first place so they can react. Obviously people who do this probably won't bring someone to a public place to talk about it ... but you can't get strangers to react to something if they aren't even aware of it. The idea is that once they are aware of it, what will they do...

IN my mind, i assume that only I and the person i'm talking to can hear me. That is so far from the truth. Recently, some girl just randomly involved herself in my conversation with my friend. It was ok, I wasn't bothered at all but i was bothered that i didn't notice how loud i was talking. Lol. It's like "DUH" but i just simply never noticed. So now, i'm just whispering all the time unfortunately. Also, our brain filters out all sorts of things. Sometimes you will THINK it's quiet but all of a sudden you hear your washer machine or something. It becomes REALLY loud but it was on the entire time. So why couldn't you hear it before but all of a sudden you can hear it NOW when you THINK about it? It's like our brain just ignores certain things UNTIL you think about it. It's pretty weird. Journalism really doesn't seem like one that would happen. However I believe I've heard of it happening with teachers or church-workers. They tried to indicate in one WWYD that "no one would care" but I think there are a lot of schools where if some number of the students Dads have seen your sex tape, even if you didn't want it out there, it could make the job potentially too awkward to continue. (And in church work there could be an issue if the person in the tape is not your spouse.)
