I could upload some of the smaller stems, like the heists or score update stuff. But the rips from the original audio.rpf are a bit too big for me to upload in a timely fashion. I suggest looking around GTA Forums. The OpenIV website also used to have a torrent link to the vanilla game soundtrack rip. Not sure if that's there anymore.
