I'm a big fan of Dr Shaeffer. His voice is even more prophetic today than it was in the 60s to 80s. I'm a part of a project that will start a university/grad school that will hallmark his apologetical approach along with that of CS Lewis and my former law and apologetics professor, Dr. John Warwick Montgomery.

It is hard to build a coherent worldview based on nothing.
That is why our forefathers said: We hold these truths to be self evidence, that all men are created equal. (It is wise to start with creation and go from there.)

He had such a keen mind! This man informed me,influenced me,and expanded my philosophical and analytical mind. I dare say he brought out the best in me and I have led a really happy, important and fulfilling life. Very resolved in myself. I am a world improver and he was a very important part of that!

This slays me every time I hear it. I just ordered “How Then Shall We Live”.

It's interesting that Schaeffer's critique resembles that of Nietzsche a century earlier.
