- America's moral structure has been deteriorating in the last 40 years under the weight of a secular worldview. On today’s classic edition of Family Talk, author and theologian Dr. Francis Schaeffer asserts that America’s moral decline can be traced back to the rejection of the biblical notion that man is created in God’s image. He states that abortion, the failed public school system and the breakdown of the family are simply the ugly and inevitable results of a shift from a Christian worldview to a humanist worldview.
About Today's Guest: Dr. Francis Schaeffer
Dr. Francis Schaeffer was an evangelical theologian, pastor, missionary, and philosopher. He planned to become an engineer, but was converted and opted to transfer to the Presbyterian Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He enrolled at Westminster Theological Seminary, and transferred to Faith Theological Seminary, graduating in 1938. In 1955, Dr. Schaeffer co-founded L’Abri Fellowship, a study center and community near the Swiss village of Huemoz. He authored over 20 books, including, "How Should We Then Live?," "A Christian Manifesto," and "The God Who is There." Dr. Francis Schaeffer passed away in 1984 from lymphoma. He and his late wife, Edith, are survived by their children.

Nevertheless, America and The WORLD have been healed in The Spirit. BUT billions of people are about to die SOON throughout The WORLD -- including samples from multiple categories of people. I will NOT be SURPRISED at all if 100 million people perish in The United States alone. Many lazy people and propagators of evil will go. God HIMSELF has already marked those to die and those to rehabilitate...

Where have all the good men gone, men who are not afraid to lead, men who aren't afraid to fulfill their God given obligation???? A revival will never happen as long as men hide in the basement and behind a plethora of excuses.

And Leonard was 100% correct, which is why dr. Dobson and his program had little-to-no effect. They're always begging for money instead of trusting God.
Leonard Ravenhill and his son Paul had quite a few expenses.
Paul Ravenhill had to pay for several radio stations in New Zealand to broadcast his ministry, and he never once had to beg for funds. He went the faith route, and he had far more impact than mr. Dobson.
