Thank you for sharing this!! It's nearly 4am in the morning and I'm in emotional and mental agony constantly from trauma and dysfunctional patterns I've used following to live. Please pray for my brain/body rewiring!! ðI most struggle with choosing connection due to really struggling with trust from relational trauma.

What helped my anxiety has been realizing that it's a conditioned survival response to an imagined future that feels real but is not in the present moment. Books like "30 Days to Reduce Stress" by Harper Daniels and "The Power of Now" by Tolle helped me with this, I recommend both together.
