I think sa has the most number of unique atmosphere dedicated to a place. Not only the creepy forests. In my opinion the desert night sky looks fascinating and really well done. The sky tells me that it is chilly.
Toni Cipriani and Vic Vance can survive great heights as well. If you ever played these go to the highest possible location and jump, they won't die like Tommy. It is because I think VCS and LCS uses VC physics.
San Andreas is going to be 20 years soon and I think its still the most complete GTA game, so many interesting places and activities, great story and cheats, All those vehicles.. difficult to beat that
GTA 4 also had an incar navigation system and the back-lights would indicate whenever you'd make a turn in and GTA 3 along with GTA LCS had it's own made up music on Head Radio and Lips 106 and GTA SA gave you the option to care for your character (feed, train, diet, style etc)
I was over at a friend one day. He was playing vice city, driving around at sunset. The moment I saw those colours I knew I was in love not only with vice city, but with the franchise too
The thing GTA III did best was the comically gory animations like blowing heads and limbs off. GTA III did head shots better than Vice City or San Andreas, when the gore setting is active etc. The draw distance for long range sniper shots is better too, with the realistic element of having to aim out in front of your moving target to compensate for distance and bullet travel. GTA III is overlooked and underappreciated, and I understand the reasons why, especially when so many more were raised on San Andreas. But, even though it lacks in certain things like shooting through windows and windshields or jumping and climbing walls etc, the graphics and animations are actually overall better in my opinion.
You probably mentioned the Mobile or Xbox version of Gta 3. Because Gta 3's graphics are better on Xbox and Mobile. But if you are playing on Ps2 or PC, the graphics of Gta San Andreas are undoubtedly 10 times more realistic than Gta 3. And when it comes to animations, Gta San is still better without a doubt. Gta 3 is an extremely outdated game in every respect. (Only on Xbox or Mobile the graphics are still fine) As for Gore, Gta 3's character modeling (including the main character Claude) had this feature thanks to its blocky characters. Just blocky characters, man. :D This modeling has been corrected and made realistic in the Xbox and Mobile versions of Gta 3. The characters were no longer blocky. So the gore feature is also gone.
With Vice City, the empire building mechanic comes to mind. Primitive for its time and GTA San Andreas had it too, but SA's was not quite as focused on it.
@@UnoccupiedBoat Exactly. Like, Michael has one of the best character developments in the franchise, his drama is really well done. The gameplay is fun, the characters overall are funny and charismatic. People tend to criticize new things a lot for no reason
In gta 3 using a powerful weapon like M-60 can result in brutal deaths where hands and legs can be cut off. None other in gta series has this feature. This feature returned in RDR 2 Also.
Not only the trains..etc.. but you can also learn many different fighting styles in different gyms for cj such as boxing, kickboxing and kung fu and you can also shoot some hoops
Every gta captured perfectly the feeling of the setting they were in, they all are so unique and great. they nailed it with that. gta san andreas has maybe the biggest place on my heart tho, I loved the map, car tuning, able to buy many properties, the missions, able to use planes and more and it was the game that introduced me into video games. Is special.
Favorite things about each gta games GTA 3- the setting, the Rap station, and the feel of the game for definitive edition GTA VC-THE LOVELY SOUNDTRACK,man the 80s was great for Music. GTA SA-more vehicles in the 3d universe, the graphics and skill upgrades for weapons, the ability to eat food and go to the gym GTA 4- When stealing cars u now have the ability to break windows to gain entry, the fighting, the real life driving physics(hated it at first) and the Gun/shooting mechanics GTA 5- the ability to smoke
I love gta 3 because its the most mafia/gang based gta out of all GTA’s. Great missions, charactes (Kenji is my favorite) radio stations, love that game
2:33 yeah the driving the train part is true but imo the GTA4 train is the best. They made it very realistic and accurate to the MTA trains. The trains go underground, above ground, have detailed stations and operators who tell you which stop you are at and which stop you are approaching.

Gta 6 should better have nicer things including some features from previous games and details like rdr2. Also cuz rdr2 was made in 8 years and it is almost 10 years after gta 5.
It is sure that GTA VI will be set in vice City because, Liberty City and San Andreas have already came in 3d era twice and Rockstar is not taking too much time to make GTA VI because they also made RDR 2 and GTA V's new missions after GTA V was made.
@@thelastpersononearth9765 yep I love RDR 2 everything even the story it made me weep. 🥹 I want a modern RDR 2 set in modern Vice City. It's almost a neighbor of New Orleans (where St. Denise was based from)
The general vibe and nostalgia of vice city will always be great. Not the best game in the series but had great characters and story, as well as 80s charm.
Each of them is unique. You may compare them as much as you want but it is for sure that you're gonna love 'em. The characters, the story, the gameplay, the ambience just get inside your head and become permanent memories. Happy gaming y'all!
GTA 5 mods was the best because you get GTA 4 physics, or even better. I use one though. You can get more interiors and food eating mods, add on real life cars, more missions and add on location, add on houses and mansions, add on other gta game maps and the nightclub, cayo perico and Diamond Casino was next level experience. The things we hated about GTA can almost be fixed 90% with mods. But still it's not over. The only thing I hated about GTA 5 is while you roam in peace in GTA 5 you get bored fast compared to Vice City, San Andreas or even GTA 4. When you drive in peace some idiots hit you which causes you to hit police and they clip you and blah blah blah many other shit happens which makes it sometimes boring. Overall speaking the best was GTA 5 and the most loved one was San Andreas because of multiple Cities. Felt like Living there ❤
Vice City loved owning business, which unlocks you unique outfits you can wear.. the ammunitions had sooo many damn guns and melees etc, that made it exciting to play wether u are doing the STORY or just roaming!!
Gta 4 has by far the best story in the series too. The most emotional, relatable and realistic and with the best characters. San Andreas is a close second
GTA VC Story Missions are better compared to other GTA. The Demolition Man and Dodo Mission are Goated. The mission design was simply Impressive. We can buy property in GTA VC which i see not possible in other GTA. There was Side Ramapage Mission in GTA 3 and GTA VC. Collecting Cars in GTA 3 and GTA VC of a particular list and delivering to an garage was An Amazing Thing!. How Can You say That GTA VC didn't have best thing compare to other GTA. It even the best music in my opinion.
And lots of people (especially those born after 1996) were raised in SA or newer games. They forgot or didn't know much about GTA3, and they would do forget VC as well, if all that synthwave hype about 1980s didn't happen.
GTA 4 not only had the best physics it also had the best system for gun play too being able to disarm people shootin the guns vs v which removed that ability strange how five took a step back to the arcade when honestly 4 was the peak best progression of a story the atmosphere was dead on NYC for the time its mind blowing what they accomplished
Since vice City was an earlier game the map was smaller, but for the better. It made getting around, driving around so much fun. Sure the other games were more realistic but this gave it the fun video game-y feel
You could argue that vice city has the strongest aesthetic for its time/music/interiors. I have a lot of memories messing around in vice city growing up. San Andreas was my favorite game to play in the pre-HD era and GTAV is my most played out of the HD games. GTAIV I played a bit but I found it more fun to watch my friends goof around in it, not saying it's poor quality I simply just preferred the other GTA games. GTAIV I feel had a very strong story and I was invested in each of the characters. GTAV has an engaging story and fun atmosphere but GTAIV felt more gritty and imo gave me more of an emotional impact. The atmosphere was oppressive, fun but a little more down to earth.
Vice City has the best style and perhaps atmosphere as well. San Andreas was the most diverse with its activities. IV was the best with its realistic presentation of gameplay and a criminal underworld. The Stories games are also great, expanding the story and themes of the sequels. Liberty City Stories expands on GTA 3’s organised crime focus, and Vice City Stories expands on building an empire. GTA V has many unique aspects, and I guess the most amazing part is the interaction with the world and three playable characters. Truly an innovative game.
Vice city is emotion❤❤❤ San Andreas - i never played because vice City was emotion but i wish to play it now to explore more in gta Gta 4 - i don't know anyone who have this game and who can give it to me by pendrive and still enjoying vice city Gta 5 - it was amazing and my dream game to play and i get it because a kid in my neighborhood have this game, i played it even though it was lagging like 5 SPF(seconds per frame) , later i do optimisations to game and laptop and eventually turned it into gta 5 lite. But it was so amazing experience to play it and it was pure EMOTION like vice city🔥🔥 Gta 6 - my first and last desire to ever play it when it releases, because GTA is my favorite game franchise and it is going to be the best in it and top of that it have Miami🥶🥶🥶🥶 ( emotional going to explode while playing it) 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲
The best thing in GTA Vice City is that Tommy can't die if he falls from a long distance , just he only rolls when he is in the ground and is completely fine😂😂😂😂😂
Nice video. I would like to say with my opinion on GTAs starting GTA1 - it was awesome in that era, i had only demo and played game what closed every 2mins... later i got full GTA 2 it was awesome upgrade, great missions, lighthing was brutal upgrade and whole game felt next gen.. GTA 3 - improvement of whole new level - 3D, ammunation, 8ball, LC felt like NY in 00s with graffiti , great voice actor Guru from Gangstarr (8ball in game), mission system etc.. GTA Vice City got great idea about buying buildings, using different clothes, bring motorbikes and great story.. GTA SA - it was my fav back in day - gym , gang wars, gfs, car customization, finally swimming, planes, jetpack, awesome setting in 90s, 3 cities and much more.. GTA 4 - it was whole new level of graphics, physics, lot of fun trying all physics, cars were greatly done, top of storyline, interiors, great LC vibe again (after 7years of GTA3) and more.. GTA5 - great detailed city, car customization again, bicycles, three characters, more things to spend money on ...
Okay I am gona make my own version of this. GTA 3: best at darkness and contrast in 3D ERA. GTA VICE CITY: Best music in the whole series, feel and story in 3D ERA. GTA SAN ANDREAS: Best map, details, weapons and content and customization and modability in 3D ERA. GTA Chinatown: Best top down perspective, minigames and mobile experience in 3D era. GTA Liberty City stories: Best Mafia styled GTA, best prequel in 3D era GTA Vice City Stories: best business, best PSP GTA. HD ERA; GTA 4: Best Story and Best feel in the whole series, best unrealistic physics (sure it's funny and better but GTA 5 Physics are more realistic but GTA 4 physics is better and more fun for gameplay) Best design and mechanics. Stories from Liberty City TLAD: Best GANG feel TBOGT: Best "Party" feel. Best prequel in the series. GTA 5: Best MAP in the series, best realistic physics in the series, best details in the series, most content in the series, most mechanics in the series (doesn't mean they are good tho lol) best modability in the whole series. GTA ONLINE: Haven't played it
The different martial arts in SA where awesome. Too bad, that they removed Gyms in GTA 4 and 5. I also think, that SA was somewhat a test for a few features in new titles. The car tuning in GTA 5, the restaurants in GTA 4, Airplane physics feel pretty much the same as in GTA 5.
For me GTA VC has the best map by far. Because it's smaller, almost every single place feels pretty unique and you can actually memorize everything without the minimap. Add to it the beautiful sunshine, which makes it much better than GTA 3 imo. GTA V and IV maps are way too big and even GTA SA has places that feel very redundant.
Imo It had the worst map by far. 1/4 of It was Empty beach, and Second Island is just not all that interesting. The highway system in it is wack too. It feels smaller and less detailed than GTA 3 map despite being bigger.
you forgot gta 3 maybe is not one of the best gta games but the dystopia atmosphere of the dirty city with trashs evrywhere and a grey sky and that depressing buildings is something gta 3 did better
2:26 The snooker player always cheats in GTA: San Andreas, no matter what version you’re on. It has a great soundtrack in comparison to GTA V and GTA IV. Vice City had a great diverse design across all areas of the city. Vice City actually looked more pleasant overall, especially the lighting conditions for the sun. The designs of the Cuban influenced area of Little Havana looks much different than the port buildings, which are actually used in San Andreas by the military depot in Ocean Docks. Interestingly, the game has an inside joke on the back of the private guards in Vice City that reads “Private Invest Group”, or PIG, obviously a pun to the cops. Had a lot of 80’s style, was very fun. My overall favourite is Vice City. My second favourite is GTA IV. GTA IV has lots more to do in single player than GTA V has.
Another great Easter Egg I found was in GTA V on Terminal Island, you can find Port Tudor warehouses along with Phil Bell’s office as well, along with an unusable toll booth (thank goodness, I personally dislike toll booths! Over charging and hardly maintaining the feature they are over charging for use of).
I don't think so, even they just add planes and underwater back to gta5 then we got over 10 things to do. Of course gta5 removed many function from gta4, but they add back more from SA. (But yeah, physics became worse)
Vice city by far had the best music!! I was too young to understand the missions when i played the game but I would just get in a car and switch to VRock straightaway and drive around

Toni Cipriani and Vic Vance can survive great heights as well. If you ever played these go to the highest possible location and jump, they won't die like Tommy. It is because I think VCS and LCS uses VC physics.
@@IskenderCaglarM41B441 LMFAO🤣
Yeah immortal, but instant die after getting run-over by car
@@allstargaming2500 bro, but they aren't part of GTA series . They're just additional gameplay
San Andreas is going to be 20 years soon and I think its still the most complete GTA game, so many interesting places and activities, great story and cheats, All those vehicles.. difficult to beat that
1 year later but totally agree.
GTA 4 also had an incar navigation system and the back-lights would indicate whenever you'd make a turn in and GTA 3 along with GTA LCS had it's own made up music on Head Radio and Lips 106 and GTA SA gave you the option to care for your character (feed, train, diet, style etc)
how do you switch to in car navigation?
Imagine GTA6 having all these features combined, that would be sooo good.
I was over at a friend one day. He was playing vice city, driving around at sunset. The moment I saw those colours I knew I was in love not only with vice city, but with the franchise too
I really like Vice City's interiors. They were ahead of their time and made SA interiors feel dull
I agree and San Andreas does have some great interiors as well, but too many feel copy and pasted
@@bigcock8900 Mostly the same in GTA V too with stores and apartments
@@bigcock8900 cause many are copy and pasted

Sucks that Tommy can't swim tho lol
I agree
Yes
You probably mentioned the Mobile or Xbox version of Gta 3. Because Gta 3's graphics are better on Xbox and Mobile.
But if you are playing on Ps2 or PC, the graphics of Gta San Andreas are undoubtedly 10 times more realistic than Gta 3.
And when it comes to animations, Gta San is still better without a doubt.
Gta 3 is an extremely outdated game in every respect. (Only on Xbox or Mobile the graphics are still fine)
As for Gore, Gta 3's character modeling (including the main character Claude) had this feature thanks to its blocky characters. Just blocky characters, man. :D
This modeling has been corrected and made realistic in the Xbox and Mobile versions of Gta 3. The characters were no longer blocky. So the gore feature is also gone.
Vice City has some of the best and diverse missions
With Vice City, the empire building mechanic comes to mind. Primitive for its time and GTA San Andreas had it too, but SA's was not quite as focused on it.
In my opinion, on of the best things in gta 5 is car tuning, very detailed and allows you to do a lot of thing
@arijitbiswas543 So what? The point is that it's the best one when it comes to that
@@trots4940They just hate GTA 5 and its success

In gta 3 using a powerful weapon like M-60 can result in brutal deaths where hands and legs can be cut off. None other in gta series has this feature. This feature returned in RDR 2 Also.

Great video, been a fan of the GTA series since 1999 GTA 2, loved all the games in the series!
Is special.
Favorite things about each gta games
GTA 3- the setting, the Rap station, and the feel of the game for definitive edition
GTA VC-THE LOVELY SOUNDTRACK,man the 80s was great for Music.
GTA SA-more vehicles in the 3d universe, the graphics and skill upgrades for weapons, the ability to eat food and go to the gym
GTA 4- When stealing cars u now have the ability to break windows to gain entry, the fighting, the real life driving physics(hated it at first) and the Gun/shooting mechanics
GTA 5- the ability to smoke
1:15 Vice city also has the best city and time line and I love the era of the 80s. Also it has the best radio station in the series
debatable, I’d say GTA SA had the best radio stations IMO
Why city*
No GTA SA has the best cities
@@user-pj2kz3ng2f gta sa radio station had nothing other than advertisement 😑
The GTA Theme brought me back so many memories.. from starting GTA V & hearing that stunning music to the best cutscenes in GTA history!
I love gta 3 because its the most mafia/gang based gta out of all GTA’s. Great missions, charactes (Kenji is my favorite) radio stations, love that game
Because it comes out straight after GTA 2 which was extremely focused on mafia. GTA 2 was a really great game.
GTA 3 is the 1st game in history that gave you the keys and said have fun
2:33 yeah the driving the train part is true but imo the GTA4 train is the best. They made it very realistic and accurate to the MTA trains. The trains go underground, above ground, have detailed stations and operators who tell you which stop you are at and which stop you are approaching.

So gta vc really had the longest beach in the whole series.. rockstar never fails to amaze me
I like how random events would take place like dude being tied to pole, a gang shoot out, people asking for lifts, thefts that can be stopped etc.
Well edited video, I’m not talking about the cool game, I’m talking about the video itself and the small details of the edit.
Each of them is unique. You may compare them as much as you want but it is for sure that you're gonna love 'em. The characters, the story, the gameplay, the ambience just get inside your head and become permanent memories. Happy gaming y'all!
i think gta vc has most unique atmosphere not the best but very unique. it make me feels so nostalgic
GTA IV has the best characters and dialogue.
yeah :D
I agree 100%,I love Niko as a character

GTA 5 has some really good dialogue for the characters. I have the time of my life in every cutscene.
The craziest detail I found in gta 4 was the car radio beeping before you get a call
For me VC got the best aesthetic and feeling, love the 80's and how they captured... also it got the best soundtrack imo

Dodo was an easy mission bro. But Aunt Paulie's Bombs Away wasn't 😅🥲
GTA 3 has left the chat
Reason : grandfather of these games
And lots of people (especially those born after 1996) were raised in SA or newer games. They forgot or didn't know much about GTA3, and they would do forget VC as well, if all that synthwave hype about 1980s didn't happen.
@@RooiGevaar19 such a shame. GTA III is epic

I think v also had that feature to disarm the enemies but they pull out a backup weapon then.
GTA Vice City has also good bus logic. It is the only game in which we can see character coming in and out of the bus.

Your videos are great :D
Thanks :D
5:21 aww the cops are snuggling☺️ or are they😯
I think in terms of aesthetics, vice city was the best solely for the 80's theme
Vice city is emotion❤❤❤
San Andreas - i never played because vice City was emotion but i wish to play it now to explore more in gta
Gta 4 - i don't know anyone who have this game and who can give it to me by pendrive and still enjoying vice city
Gta 5 - it was amazing and my dream game to play and i get it because a kid in my neighborhood have this game, i played it even though it was lagging like 5 SPF(seconds per frame) , later i do optimisations to game and laptop and eventually turned it into gta 5 lite. But it was so amazing experience to play it and it was pure EMOTION like vice city🔥🔥
Gta 6 - my first and last desire to ever play it when it releases, because GTA is my favorite game franchise and it is going to be the best in it and top of that it have Miami🥶🥶🥶🥶 ( emotional going to explode while playing it)

The best thing in GTA Vice City is that Tommy can't die if he falls from a long distance , just he only rolls when he is in the ground and is completely fine😂😂😂😂😂
no character is better than Tommy in surviving from a huge fall,😅😅😅

GTA Liberty City stories: Best Mafia styled GTA, best prequel in 3D era
GTA Vice City Stories: best business, best PSP GTA.
HD ERA;
GTA 4: Best Story and Best feel in the whole series, best unrealistic physics (sure it's funny and better but GTA 5 Physics are more realistic but GTA 4 physics is better and more fun for gameplay) Best design and mechanics.
Stories from Liberty City
TLAD: Best GANG feel
TBOGT: Best "Party" feel. Best prequel in the series.
GTA 5: Best MAP in the series, best realistic physics in the series, best details in the series, most content in the series, most mechanics in the series (doesn't mean they are good tho lol) best modability in the whole series.
GTA ONLINE: Haven't played it
Online: TONs of thing to do (about 6 times bigger to the whole gta series combined) and modders
Drive through was invented in 1947

Vice City may be old and small but it has the best vibe and colors.
Vice city had full airport interior, which no other GTA had showcased
GTA 3 had that specialty of having an open world full of dark action
0:17 Micheal Jackson confirmed?🥸😔👌😬🤨
7:36 gta V the best soundtrack
Ever Heard GTA 4?
you forgot gta 3 maybe is not one of the best gta games but the dystopia atmosphere of the dirty city with trashs evrywhere and a grey sky and that depressing buildings is something gta 3 did better
