The reason why RDI and Speedy didn't have a lot of duels in the front is that Speedy was only good at races where RDI was not present or where RDI did poorly (except for the Raceforest). Honestly, high-speed, steep races such as Palette Park and Short Circuit are not for RDI, but they are perfect for Speedy. On the other hand, RDI masters races with straight but gentle downhills, but Speedy wouldn't do as well.
That's a reason why RDI has more duels with Royal and Clementin because they are more similar racers

For the Eye text, the Mirage Meowtain race was more of a last second pass while every other race was more of a battle between them, in my opinion, S3 R4 at Oraceway was more of a duel between RDI and RYL, which was also pretty last second, but at least the race was close between them.
Yea, that’s fair. I wanted to primarily focus on when they were battling for the race win but looking back, I definitely could’ve focused on battles further back. Thanks for the feedback!
S3 O'raceway was more of a duel between Bonbon and Glimmer...RDI was never in the top 3 until the penultimate lap and suddenly rallied like crazy and snatched second
I'm gonna say it is still Red Eye. The Season 2 domination and Season 3 and 4 carry. The level of skill to climb up ranks and finish with gold or in podium at times. And as for the EYE TEST, Red Eye clearly gives some of the most dominant racing among all three. Speedy and Royal are very close contenders this season, though.
I agree that Red is likely the GOAT-although I do think Royal could definitely give him a run for his money if he cane in the racer title.
Cloudy is gonna make a case for why they are an absolute GOAT and in their rookie season too. 👀👀

What I know is
S1 Goat: Speedy
S2 Goat: Red Eye
S3 Goat: Red Eye/Royal (in the making)
S4 Goat: Royal/Cloudy
My point is, every season there's this new/raw talent that comes up of nowhere are challenging the likes of Red Eye, Speedy, the more consistent Starry, Orangin, and Mallard. But for me thus far, Red Eye is still the goat. They're not 2x champion for a reason. S4 Red Eye is not yet far from championship either. They can still make it to top 5. And that's a caliber of a champion. He makes up that zero point with a podium. If Royal win the championship this year, I can say that he's second to Red Eye then Speedy. If he won the championship again next season he's now the new goat. The thing is, M1 is so unpredictable. Just like you said this video may became useless one day. We didn't know the outcome of future. If anyone of this marbles became the goat? Deservedly so!
For sure-that’s what makes this so interesting. Since these marbles have so few races competed every race matters so much more than other sports. I can definitely get behind that-I do believe that Red is likely the GOAT but that Royal very much has a chance to dethrone him.

Some close marbles to the title are: Aryp, Orangin, Yellow Eye, Snowy, Mimo, Limelime (I wish), and a few others that have a bad consistency so thats why I didnt add them... P- prim...
Also s4 is not over so I wont add marbles like Ecto or Cloudy
I wasn’t genuinely serious when I said Cloudy-was a reference to a debate I had with a Hazers fan on twitter. I do think they could be in the debate if they win the racer title though

Red Eye won it all, then won again, Speedy won, Royal is yet to win. The gap is all there.
Adjusted stats also don't account for smaller size sample. Speedy has 3.5 seasons to Royal's 1.5, his stats are far more consistent.
All accounted, Red Eye GOAT, Speedy renowned champion, Royal crazy talented newcomer
That’s why I looked at raw stats, accolades, and rate stats. Wanted to show all the numbers and let people draw their own conclusion. That is a very fair claim-although I do believe Royal is closer to Red and Speedy than people think.
Can you make a video about best comebacks in M1 history? Like Hazy from P16 (dead last) to P1 in season 2 or Red Eye from P20 (also dead last) to P3 this year

Looking back on it that video was likely too RNG heavy-having randomly generated future stats really wasn’t what I was trying to do with Marble Moments. I will consider making a whole different series about future projections like that-could be really cool!

Unfortunately I think he lost his spot as the #2 marble ever at the end of last season. Would love to see him take it back though
Anyway, I believe many F1 fans heard of M1 and start watching it and then knowing about JMR :o maybe just make this parallel to the F1 debate, like Red Eye = Lewis Hamilton (who immediately rocks the competition from the very start), Speedy = Jacques Vilenueve (1997- dominate F1/M1 having won in other categories prior, but descended after), Royal = typical great racer (slowly rising of the charts - Senna, Prost, Schumacher, Alonso, Vettel, Verstappen, etc)
and apparently such debates will never end =)))
