We have a model railroad city in our house, filled with buildings and railroad tracks, based on Tokyo, where we both grew up, and layered with images of Berlin, Moscow, Shanghai, New York, and other big cities we have visited on our travels. Enjoy the 10 years of model making and the night view with countless neon lights and LEDs flashing. This time, 20 trains are operated automatically.

How sweet to see them both standing between their work of life. She looks around like a child, amazed and bewildered, smiling with such a sweet smile. A little pearl of light in the dark world we live in now.

This guy is the LUCKIEST MAN ON EARTH! His WIFE asked him to build this! My version of this is- "Honey, I really think we need a radio control airfield, with a 300 ft. grass strip. You can clean the gutters next year."

暗闇を模型が走り出して駅などの照明が点灯した瞬間、物凄く感動して鳥肌がめちゃくちゃ立ちました。

電車は詳しく無いけどプラモデル少年だった自分からするとまさに夢の空間
久々に無心で見入ってしまった…、まさに圧巻。

6:07あたりから、田舎のおじいちゃんの家から地元に帰ってきた時にJRから見える、建物が増えていく風景を思い出します。夜も遅いし疲れてるのに会えて良かったな、帰って来れて良かったなという気持ちになる時です。素晴らしい趣味ですね。
This is beyond a hobby. This is a way of Life. The creations are purely Spectacular. The Lighting the attention too detail is Astounding. Had you grown up in the 50's and 60's you would had been the most sought after special effects and minature person in Japan and Top 5 in the World easily. Its beautiful too see husband and wife share in this art form. Wow.

Wow! I’m not a model rail hobbyists but a big fan. It’s incredible to see the attention to detail people put on these models. Yours is on my top ten. The upside down buildings. I thought was unique. There is so much too see. I enjoyed the colorful tile work as well. I liked the part where you played a record on which I believe to be a Technics player. You mentioned you modeled your layout from places where you and your wife have been ‘together’ (that hit me btw) I thought was wonderful. I will def watch more of your vids. Thank you for posting

John R. here from St. Petersburg, Florida.....I am a big fan of all things trains...my niche is antique Standard Gauge Lionel trains...best when pre war, old and sweaty with modifications which make them uniquely mine...constructing buildings and other accessories is very rewarding to me....my motto is " You can never have enough train stuff "......keep the hobby alive......I am now 72yrs old and have my first train from when I was 5 and yes, it is a Standard Gauge Lionel.....

you have quite an impressive layout, it shows that you take your time. it looks great with all the trains running and the layout lights on (though I'm still impressed by the fact about running 30 trains all at one). have you ever thought about a camera car? it'd be interesting to see all that from the train's point of view.
