In this video I would like to share my opinion on what is the next step after the foreign and Filipino couple got married in the Philippines. I'll discuss the pros and cons of 2 options: foreign spouses stay in the Philippines or file a spousal visa for filipino spouse. Hope it helps you all.

Hello Dae Ruth! Bago rami gkasal s Mandaue city hall pgka April 20,2023..then mg wait pko s amo marriage contract.. Ky mg apply mi spousal visa.. Pero pg ingon nimo nga mg 1yr n hapit.. Wla pamo updated about s inyo application as spousal visa.. Huhuju kuyawan pdko ana dah.. Nagkuha mo immigration agency? Or DIY ka? How about finace visa nlang kha?
Congratulations sis 👏 mabuti naman sis at wala kayong naging problema sa lcr nyo 🙂 now sa spousal visa naman tayo mastress sa tagal ng process haha. Uo sis 1 year na sa June 16 yung spousal visa ko pero wala pa din naapprove. DIY lng kami kasi nadala na kami sa immigration attorney na kinuha nmin before nong mag pafile sana kami ng k1 visa nung hindi pa kami nagpakasal . Actually madali lng nman sis, yung mga proof of relationship lng naman mahirap iassemble. Good luck sa new journey mo sis 😀👏
@@rutholaescraver hallo sis! Hope may good news n kayo matanggap this month about s spousal visa application nyo.. Huhuhu medyo kinakabahan nko nito. Bka matagal din samin. Mg 38 nko this yr. Gsto na din nya mabuntis ako at manganak s states.. Pano nyan kung after 2-3 yrs pko ma approve.. Malapit nko mg menopause nyan 😅🤣.
Yeah praying sis na sana maapprove na kami soon kasi malapit na mag 1 year😃 merun namang iba na swertehan , yung ibang nabasa ko sa Facebook spousal visa group ang bilis na approve may 3 or 5 months nga. Malay nyo swertehin din kayo at mabilis yung approval nyo. Apply kaagad kayo basta may marriage certificate na kayo sa munisipyo pwede na yan tapos if nakuha nyo na yung PSA marriage certificate, ihabol nyo at iupload sa online. sana sis before ka mag 40 makuha ka ni husband mo para makahabol at magka baby na agad kayo haha . Ruth I have a question for you … I understand that the Philippines 🇵🇭 is a poor country compared to America 🇺🇸… is it normal when meeting a Filipina woman ,, that they ask you for money ? I don’t mind paying for WiFi and even phone loads.. but other things is what I’m talking about ? Thanks Andrew
@@porgslastforeverforeverlas8488Andrew I'll be honest with that , no it's not normal. Most of those Filipinas that are asking for money from their foreign boyfriend are destroying our good Filipina women image. I understand if it's an emergency and they need a bit of help but if they proactively ask you to support them financially for all their needs without you offering them, I suggest you better run, it's a red flag as a Filipina gold diggers 😀
Decent Filipina women would never ask for any money and are too shy to bring it up. Even sometimes being offered by foreign boyfriend , they will hesitate to accept it unless you really insist.

Hi sis, If us citizen fiance mo pwede siya pumunta dito sa Pilipinas anytime basta may airplane ticket at passport lang sya May free sila visa for up to 30 days stay, pero kung gusto nya mag stay ng more than 30 days, need nya mag apply sa bureau of immigration ng long stay vacation visitors visa extension ng up to 6 months validity bago matapos yung 30 days free visa nya. Within that 30 days free visa pwede na kayo makapagpakasal nyan sis basta lakarin muna lahat ng requirements while waiting with him para mabilis.
