Another question po if yung company name ay mahaba at di magkasya, need pa ba ilagay sa additional information or ok lang na hindi na. Di ko kasi mailagay ang INC.
Hi sis. Just wanted to ask, can the petitioner be also the preparer? Also if we submit online, is signature possible?
About sa preparer and signature, just leave it blank. No need to sign it if the beneficiary is outside of the US.

is province and state are same can i put our state name in province section
It depends what you use in your country either state of province. Here in Philippines we used province so I just leave the state blank.

Yes if dyan ka po nakatira at dyan ang mailing address nyo.

Not sure sis pero pwede self employed na lang kung freelancer.. Btw Ang importante Naman Dyan ay Yung petitioner.

Yes pwede na po basta may marriage certificate kayo galing LCR tapos pag merun na kayong PSA marriage certificate, I add nyo nlng sa additional evidence.

It's optional so it will be fine even if you sign it or not.

I’m one of your followers and I have some questions, dapat eh declare ang experience from previous as it mentioned in your I-130A current employer,ito ba yong example nag start ako ng trabaho from 2020 4 months, then 2022 till 2023 September last ng trabaho ko September 2023 and now I’m jobless, need ko pa bang eh declare or not?? Please let me know and last question ko is nag expired ang Visa USA (R C1/D) which Hindi ko nagamit ang US visa, part as seafarer please looking forward for your response. Hi po. Yes declare nyo Po lahat ng previous jobs nyo. Pero yung ilagay nyo sa employer 1. Sa employer field is unemployed, lagay nyo date when kayo di na nag work na September 2023 and present. Then lagay nyo sa employer 2 and employer 3 yung mga previous jobs mo. About sa us visa di mo Naman nagamit , just leave na nlng. No need na ilagay Yan pero nvc itatanong Yan.

@rosellipapac557 yes both form i130 and i130a need fill upan and I submit. I130a form is for spouse beneficiary.

Just leave the zip code blank and just put the postal code kung ano man Yung address mo.

Hello good morning din Po. Kuha lng po yung fiance nyo ng legal capacity to contract marriage sa us embassy. Tapos kuhanan nyo din po sya ng Cenomar. If mag apply Naman. Kayo ng spousal visa pwede nman online lahat. Ikaw or si fiance mo pwede mag fill up.

Yes po. Optional naman pwedeng merun o wala.

1. Address ko po since birth is nilagay ko to and from is yung birth date ko up to present. tama po ba yun?
2. Sa Last Phyical Address Outside the United States section po is ilalagay ko po ba ulit yung present address ko? Kasi hindi naman po ako nagmove.
3. Tama po bang nilagay ko sa zip code is zipcode ng city ko and sa postal code is +63?

Uo sis. Start date Yung birthday mo nlng at present. Sa zip code. Blank lng yan. Postal code lng tayo merun walang zip code. Yung +63 telephone area code yan

Yong sa address, bakit walang comma? Hindi ba lalagyan?
You can put a comma but it's not necessary kasi wala namang mga comma yung addresses sa USA.

Maghihintay po kayo ng approval or while waiting Pwede kayo mag file Ng k3 visa after nyo mareceive Ang noa1 if USC Ang petitioner (husband) nyo kasi sabi ng iba it helps na napabilis ang approval ng i130 nila. After approval sa nvc stage na kayo magsubmit ng financial documents ni husband nyo at civil documents mo, then medical at interview.

Same form i129f for fiance visa you have to use when submitting a k3 but there's an option that you have to select your beneficiary is your spouse and you two are married already so that they will know it's for k3.
