Just finished my speedrun for the platinum in 2 hours 28 mins thanks to your video. Had a blast trying to replicate some of the jumps you did! Although, I don't think I'll ever understand what you do in Midas that makes the sand appear in that one room haha. Love your videos, mate :)
It is the flipmaps you mean, yeah if you follow the sequence exact the same you will get it. Also, there is another flipmap like this in Egypt City of Khamoon ending of the level.
Stop comparing Footi with Eycore_ . They both have their own originality that is just unique. Footi is the absolute Flying Finnish no one can deny that, and Eycore_ is more about variety and content depth.

Do you use the default modern controls, or did you change the way they are mapped? I've not really had much experience with them and what little I have had felt rather cursed haha. It was the only way I could manage a specific banana jump though.
I did change a few things like roll to r and action to e. Modern controls took me a while to learn but what helped me was switching to keyboard and mouse. Probably because I'm so used to playing tank with the controller 😅. Yeah it does feel easier to perform banana jumps ^^
@@Eycore NG + in TR1 is cool u have to survive from one crystal to two.. in TR2 u can save anytime so its too easy for speedruners.. But TR3... OMG xD... NG+ in TR3 is one remain trophy from 272 for me xD... im PS player

probably have to play it much safer
