A few weeks ago, Ian Clark mentions that glucose primarily from pure carbohydrate is the best source of fuel but in this interview he mentions that fat is the best fuel source I’m confused about this?? I understand he mentions that fat for fuel is best. I would love to know more about that I really hope he puts this out to his activation customers.
He seems to have gone down the same path as Dr Joseph Mercola. He is the master for Fat for Fuel. Ian however is correct in saying Fat for Fuel is the most optimum diet.
I just watched an interview where he said he was eating only fruit, potatoes, sweet potatoes, white rice for all of his fuel and thriving…. Dude changes his mind on a dime seems like a quack

Keto with some greens very low to no carb - need to build stomach acid and ensure liver and galblader and thryoid is OK

Lol, He was pro carb for a short time but did a 180 back to high fat
