Oh god, this explains so much of Shark Exorcist.
Movie is from 1990 but looks like it was filmed in the 1970s. And I love how the partner already had a hole in his shirt before he was shot.

After seeing Shark Exorcist on BOTW... past Allison, don’t get your hopes up
And what does this movie open with? A scantily clad woman writhing uncontrollably. Because of course it does, it's Donald Farmer!
Watching "Vampire Cop" is a little like seeing a young Jeffrey Dahmer play with roadkill. You knew then that it was bad and might lead to worse, but you had no mental capacity to imagine how horrific it was going to get in the future. The human brain refuses to project that something like "Shark Exorcist" could exist, to protect itself.
This was a good one.

The vampire cop looks exactly like the main cop in this gay themed film In The Flesh. I'd swear they r the same guy.
They got those teeth two for a buck at Dollar Tree probably. The script and lighting and cinematography probably cost a little bit more. Maybe twenty bucks.
watched this on vhs yes i said vhs in 1992 yeah i'm old, dear god as bad as this is some of the vhs direct to video movies were actually better than some of the b movies today
