So what if they waste their break time on tick toks, they are not neglectful towards their patients. We don't even know what docotr the dude is. We assume he is an ER doctor but for all we know he could be a pediatrician or gynecologist, who work quite a bit less than an ER doctor. I don't think it is a good idea making tik toks because they are dumb, but at the same time you are acting as if the people are neglecting their work.
