The toughest approach I ever flew was the Hi-ILS Rwy 21 at Roswell (KROW) Looking at it now in Navigraph, it looks like they defused it somewhat. When I went there in 2008 you had to switch between two different VOR's / TACANs. But still, it has a nice DME ARC and lots of hard altitudes to catch.
