The First Battle of Passchendaele remains to this day the costliest defeat in my country's military history. The New Zealand Division of the II ANZAC Corps suffered 845 deaths and approximately 1900 wounded in one day on the 12th of October 1917. To put that in perspective, I was 21 in 2017. Had I been born a hundred years earlier, I could very well have been one of those 845 men killed in action. It's a sobering thought.
The harmonies are always fantastic, but you took it to a whole new level this time. May the tragedies and crimes of the Great War always be remembered.
Wish I could like this for every time I listen to it. As a veteran, I use this song to teach my kids how serious the idea of joining up is vs. just playing war as brothers.

I feel like some songs are not meant to be sang by women in the same way that some songs are not meant to be sang by men And it is the case for almost every Sabaton songs. Only a hoarse voice fits those songs. It doesn’t hit the same with a female voice
