British and Islamic invaders were able to outsmart us because the castles of the Bharat were always opened from the inside. We have been a land of spirituality, scientific temperament and producing skill human beings, but our land has always been fertile ground for producing traitors as well. Some of our own people and Kings have been betraying our motherland for the last 1000 years. Traitors still exist in our country and we are battling them even now.

British people were bad and still are some, but what about those Indians who were with British and they were the ones killing their fellow Indians, British were just giving them orders. And idiot Indians were killing them. Hell, these traitor Indians even fought in the world war for British. British people were smart and Indians were idiot and still are. Because they were few thousands only and Indians were outnumbered compared to them. I'm Indian btw. And I hate traitors who sell their country for whatever reason. And lastly, white people are racists, but Indians are also racists same as them. Keep that in mind. The reason why people are watching the content of this foreigner is because we are racists ourselves. And we don't have a right to call just Western people as racists. If we want to call whites racists, then we must keep in mind that we must call ourselves the same.

There's no such thing as British rule. The term British rule is coined by Western historians, not Indian historians. Hundreds of freedom fighters in India before 1947 never referred to Britishers as rulers. Unfortunately, due to flaws in our education system, we are falsely taught that there's something called "British rule" whereas, in reality, there's no such thing like that.

Answer to your question at 19:00…..Britishers studied Indian culture very well and used it against Indian people….for example concept of loyalty towards salt…there was this concept that you owe your loyalty to the provider (food that has salt, this comes from spiritual and philosophical beliefs) …this ancient concept was central for loyalty towards king( Indian) ….Britishers managed to influence a large population (especially indian soldiers in British army) that now the queen is provider ( of salt) hence they owe loyalty to the British throne…where in reality …their loyalty should have been to mother land who provided them. It took decades to neutralize this psychological warfare….indians (most colonies) were novice to these British mass manipulation techniques. Divide and rule is just one such well known trick. Not to mention Indian society was already battling with 700 y long Islamic realign fundamentalist invasion. So it became a two war scenario along with technological disadvantage. Fault lies to India in many ways…when they were prosperous they started to live in a philosophical almost impractical wonderland of fools….but because it was so diverse there was always some section of society at different times that was always awake and was rebuilding resistance.

Our problem was we were open to different people different culture, different religion from different parts of world. We always trusted people who came to INDIA and they betrayed us and took advantage.
In 75 years post independence we are on our path to reclaim our position and hopefully by the time we celebrate our 100 years of independence we might have reclaimed our right position in the world. Point wort noting is that as we grow and become powerful we pull along countries who are struggling to develope. One latest example is we introduced African union to G20 as a permanent member and hence as we grow in power we make world a better place to live. We belive in one earth one family one future.

The thousand year of brutal Islamic rule had left India vulnerable. There were powers such as the Rajputs, the Marathas, the Sikh empire and many more that started to stand up against the brutalities of the Islamic rulers. Due to which many of these powers carved out territories for themselves and there was infighting going on between the invaders and these empires.
Before the Huns the only reason why no one could ever conquer India was because of the unity among all the kings who never let anyone cross the Hindu Kush. When Brits arrived the infighting among the different groups made india vulnerable.

11:31 Well the decline of india started during the Mughal rule as entire surplus of countryside were used to be distributed among around 1600 people and these 1600 people weren't Indians they were relatives (of Mughals from central aisan countries Iran etc) and foreign nobility.
Mughal used to send huge ammount of Indian money to their country of origin like in 1576 they sent 600 thousand rupee in haj Caravan for context at that time a barber could earn only 50 Paisa per month(100 Paisa = 1 rupee). This is just one such example.
Economic historian Angus Maddison who calculated India's GDP share through millennia before British colonisation said "The Mughal state was parasitic. they hoarded jewels and built harems, but no major irrigation work. Mughals became rich by levying very huge tax on subjects. No european government was so oppressive and nowhere was tax collection so huge"
They didn't built any canal in india but they built a massive canal system in Najaf, iraq & changed it's geography from a desert land to a green land with India's money.
In fact french historian Francois bernier who lived in india during Mughal rule and served as a physician to Mughals court mentioned because of the exploitative agriculture practices by Mughals many farmers became beggers or went to city to become daily wage labourers and famine which was rarity became a common occurrence in india. You can read about Deccan famines of 1630s which resulted in the form of death of 7.4 million people due to starvation, This number too is a conservative estimate the real number could be way much higher.
Mughal were only enriching themselves and their country of origin with the indian money, it's evident by the fact that before Mughal invasion India's share of world GDP was 32.54% and at the end of the Mughal rule India's share of the world GDP plummeted to just 16%.
Most damage they did was to our education system and scientific temperament, you see indian philosophies or belief system never opposed scientific thinking, like when a scientific theory goes against religious scriptures they never opposed it instead they encouraged it. But Mughals destroyed our universities and temple premises which used to fund and facilitate academic works, before Mughals arrival india produced aryabhatta, bhaskaracharya, brahmagupta Varahmihira, shshruta and many more such scientists and during Mughal rule India produced none because of the oppressions.
What I told above only shows the effects of Mughals on India's economy and it's decline they also caused many social and structural changes in a negative way, if I write those this comment would be so big that it would become boring and consequently no one would read it😅.

Britishers started out as traders under the flagship of the East India Company. The company first gave premium to exclusively buy all Indian products. Then, the East India Company become politically involved. After 100 years of company rule, the Crown ruled for 90 more years. The thing is that the British had created an artifical trend for funneling the money (45 trillion USD is half the size of the global economy today) out of this land. But in the last 76 years post our independence, the recovery from that artificial trend is sharp. Another 50 years from now, India will possibly overcome it completely. India is a land that makes superpowers. We are all working hard towards regaining the superpower status in all spheres of humanity. Most possibly our grandkids generation will get to enjoy all this hard work.

India is the most invaded land on planet. and reason for that is obvious, the unmatchable Wealth. Indian institutes were the manufacturing factories of smart minds. But when you're built with iron from outside, only way to defeat you is from inside. Whether its Mughals or Britishers, both destroyed Ancient Indian institutes, so the Indians will left with no traces of history. India was more financially & agriculturally prosperous than rest of the World combined, hence, was a perfect target.

well, he didn't said about maratha empire, mughals were a small kingdom when british came to india, britain went to war with marathas to do what they want to do, british bribed and gave false promises to rival kingdoms of marathas and made them fight each other, once the kingdom fails, british just took over, thats how britian slowly took over everything, there was another rule imposed by british is that, when a king dies and if he doesn't have a son, that kingdom and it's resource goes straight to british rule, opposers will face war

We have been fighting the Muslims to save our culture and religion. By the time Europe started to invade India, it was a very weak & totally messy country. Ruled by some very incompetent Muslim rulers. The fact is Hindus never gave up to the Muslims or the Europeans.

This was done due to openess and trading culture of Indians but more specifically there were selfish native kings, merchants and many other people at that time who were ready to sell their honesty, sovereignty. They were busy acquiring wealth. So however we condemn British today but the unfortunate fact is our own natives betrayed us and helped British & other invaders to destroy rich heritage & prosperity of India during last 100s of years. More unfortunate thing is these selfish people still exist in India who are still betraying, if ever India would collapse in future those our own selfish people would be responsible for that not any foreigners. This video must be watched by every Indians and understand how not to get disillusioned by west or any major foreign power in future. I appreciate your thoughts, Zuzana.

India was divided into 500 princely states when British invaded . Also marathas , the biggest powers of that Time were divided into small small pieces as every minister wanted to be ruler . East India company paid more money to soldier ls than rulers so many Indians joined it ( majority of British army in india was compromised of Indians ). Also many kings sided with British to defeat others . That's how we were conquered by British

The britishers started with trading permissions... They gained a permit to trade with India, and slowly and slowly they gaining trust , and it went on increasing and then it was easy to overpower simple minded innocent people.
Thats how India "allowed" to let this happen.. As far as I know

  • @arghyaent5139
    @arghyaent5139 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

You questioned "How such a prosperous country allowed this invasion to happen" right?
    Let me tell you:-
Indians were superpower in terms of economy. They had huge scale industries of a lot of different things. But they never focused on producing weapons, because they never had the intension of attacking a different nation. So they were never a powerful country in terms of weapons.
Moreover India was not as united as you see currently. There were many diferent provinces. Like the Bengal province in North-east ruled by Nawabs, the central India and Northern part ruled by Mughals, the south-India ruled by dravidians, the North-west part by sikh rulers. So India never fought together against British before their invasion. So it became easy for them to conquor India slowly one region after another. It was only after whole India was colonized by British and started to be tortured by them that India became united. They fought against the British together with leaders like Bengali Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose from Bengal, Punjabi Bhagat Singh from North-West, Mahatma Gandhi from Gujrat, Sarojini Naidu from South India, Aruna Asaf Ali from Maharastra.
And when they got together they drove the British away and now India has more powerful military, more powerful defence system(land, air, water), more succesful space agency and more economy than UK. Jai HInd🧡🤍💙🤍💚

There were so many kings in india at province level and they all were ruling their own rules. And they were greedy. Mughals and britishers took advantage of this thing. When one indian king was attacked then neighboring king didn't support him. In this way, britishers defeated one by one province.

How did they rule us when we were more numerous and our territory so vast? Here is the answer:
1- The foremost reason is the absence of any single hegemonic military power in the subcontinent when the Brits arrived.
2- The whole population could not fight. Firstly, India being an agricultural economy depended on farmers and farmers have to do back breaking work for most of the year. They are never in a position to fight. Secondly, only _Kshatriyas_ had any sort of formal training. Other _Varnas_ only did their own thing. This resulted in only a fraction of population being able to put any sort of decent resistance against the Brits.
3- Gunpowder. We did not have that while the Brits did.
4- Regligious divide. Between Hindus and Muslims.

    • @kartoos8

Dude, your second point is not at all right! First of all, India wasnt a agricultural economy before..we were the epitome of science, literature, arts & spirituality. British colo*nialism k*lled 100 million Indians in 40 years.
Experts agree that the period from 1880 to 1920 . the height of Britain’s imperial power was particularly devastating for India. Comprehensive population censuses carried out by the colonial regime beginning in the 1880s reveal that the death rate increased considerably during this period, from 37.2 deaths per 1,000 people in the 1880s to 44.2 in the 1910s. Life expectancy declined from 26.7 years to 21.9 years.

@@zuzanareacts I mean i was talking about journalists and one of their political party when they were targeting india regarding their aid on chandrayaan-3 and Aditya-L1
And yes, the reason behind backrupcy is equal pay to women, actually all around the world countries and companies are trying to reduce pay gap between men and women but they're doing it in a manner that doesn't disturb their budget mean they were full filling the pay gap but slowly slowly and UK was doing same but Birmingham adminstration wanted shine its image among the public for votes so they decided to immediately pay equal wages to men and women both and they asked extra Funds from current UK ruling goverment but the goverment didn't release the funds due to economic slowdown and fear of recession and they also asked all of their cities councils to use their funds carefully because their economy is struggling but Birmingham adminstration didn't listen and now they're struggling, now it would be challenging for current UK government to deal with this issue because if they don't release funds then Birmingham government workers will strike and if they release funds then all other cities will start doing same for their own political campaign!

19:54 in my understanding the day Prithiviraj Chauhan was executed by Mohammad Ghori ( a very cruel turk invader) led to our downfall....so basically after the collapse of 3 major powers which ruled the subcontinent streching a little beyond modern day afghanistan( Gujaras in west, Palas in east and Rajkutas in south)after the decline of the mighest hindu empires Guptas and Mauryas declined....Prithviraj emerged as the undisputed king of the region who was then challenged by Ghori( he was strong too) 2 times....interestingly when they fought 1st time Prithviraj anhilated his forces however as the man of honour he was he let Ghori live and when the next they fought Ghaznavi won and executed Prithviraj Chauhan ( not a fairy tale u may cross check) (1190s)....this marks the establishment of Islamic rule in india afterwhich no hindu ruler emerged in the leagues of Prithviraj Chauhan or Chandragupta type to actually challenge the invaders then in about 400 hundred years later.....a new leader emerged Chhtrapati Shivaji Maharaaj ( Chattrapati means The ultimate protector and Maharaaj means the king of kings) who basically ignited the desire for self rule in india ( remember the Movie trailer u reacted about that woman queen there was refernece to him too) and then the Maratha empire again took control of all of indian subcontinet under a single banner( 1660s-1820s) however the last Peshwa was defeated by East India company in1818s and then no king ever became powerful enough to actually challenge the company and then the crown
