Trout and pike at ashurst. Lake mary has bass, trout and pike and couple others. I usually have good luck with worms and spinners if it's a bright calm day.
Other fun thing is you get to watch the eagles chase birds in the sky and dive for fish.

Hi, love your channel and are subscribers! I just noticed in your logo you have a Lance 2375 instead of a 2285! That's ok, we had a 2285 for 6 years before we bought our 2375! They bought are Great trailers, but we do love the big back windows. I actually has a graphic made for above our back window, it says: "2375 has a room with a view!" How is Ashurst for swimming?
Lots of rocks around shoreline and seaweed. Murky water too. Only people I've seen jump in the water are drunk people having fun lol.
Was this a state campground? Cost per night?
No cost - it was free. I believe it is BLM land.
National forest area around flagstaff. No BLM around flagstaff and to camp at that lake or area it's 20.00 per night. Little note: if you see bathrooms it's a paid area. 😉
