I think it basically meant you never know when youre going to be needed and when youll be able to sleep so sleep every chance you get like people on emergency call who have to sleep immediately get a full nights sleep when they get home or to bed if its in a hospital and then eat as soon as they wake as much as possible because at any moment they could be called and not have the opportunity to eat or sleep for a day aka 10 plus hours so its basically saying snatch every opportunity to take care of yourself and se to your needs because this isnt a vacation no one here is your mother and going to do this for you you have to fight to survive and to do that you need to have energy and best condition etc.

For example, Shen yue is a rising actress in China atm and personally I think she's gorg, but not according to Chinese standards. She gets so many hate comments for being average or ugly.
