Mira.co, a pioneering construction company, embarked on an ambitious project to build a city on water after being denied permission to construct on land due to overcrowding. Undeterred, they secretly developed a floating metropolis as an experiment in creating a new society away from terrestrial constraints. However, due to its illegal status, the city failed to attract residents and was eventually abandoned.
Year: 2182
Undaunted by their previous failure, Mira.co sought and received permission to build a new city off Earth, circumventing terrestrial regulations. Leveraging their financial stability and extensive experience, Mira.co launched an ambitious project to create a city in space. Despite their efforts, the space city struggled to attract settlers.
Year: 2200
Mira.co faced bankruptcy after the space city failed to draw inhabitants. Consequently, the unattended city drifted out of Earth's orbit into deep space. Access to the city is now possible only through a secret teleporter which bends space and time for a journey towards outer space. It is hidden atop a building in the abandoned water city. This teleporter, recently powered up under mysterious circumstances, offers a dangerous and mysterious journey to the space city.
Rumors have surfaced about a powerful jewel hidden within the space city, a secret long guarded by Mira.co which was never meant to be known about, this jewel contains similar powers to the teleporter and would be very effective for further development in society. This jewel is estimated to be the most valuable object mankind has ever discovered.
duuuude this is so sick! like just knowing this was made for MY contest got me freaking out. Wouldn't be surprised if this became a straight up classic. I know this is one of my favorite levels of all time. The progression is soooo good

@ggludvigg8576 I thought it was easy demon while I was watching on Nexus and after I playtested I really changed my thought to insane demon XD (timing+memory+long length) one of my fav level so far :)

I'm not being biased but both Cityfade and Forgotten Metropolis is banger but I prefer Forgotten Metropolis.

im being 100% honest. i’ve never seen a creator match the gameplay with the atmosphere and background so well. the space part is so flowey meanwhile the other parts have hard timings during the part where the song is a bit rougher! amazingly done you definitely deserve a legendary in my book.

If im going to be completely honest, i personally beleive this is the best level in the entire game, the gameplay and atmosphere are amazing along with the visuals and i just dont think many of the other legendary or even mythic levels get that much thought put into anything other than the deco

The gameplay is one of the best hard demon gameplay I ever beaten. love this level as much as glorious fortress. My 3rd favourite level. Also not many levels can get me emotional with your level and white space being an exception. Song is also so good but I prefer the new grounds version
