About Travellers Rest:

Travellers Rest is a tavern management game where you can brew your own beer, run a farm, and build relationships. You are an innkeeper, on a journey to transform a run-down tavern into a bustling social space. Based in a cheerful fantasy setting, Travellers Rest is a place to meet people, explore new places and uncover ancient magic. Along your journey you’ll discover new things to brew, farm, cook, and build to create your perfect fantasy tavern.
Crafting and progression
Brew beers, distil spirits, and make wines. Create the perfect crisp lager or the wildest sour. Travellers Rest will allow you to discover and craft a whole array of food, drink, and items. Along this journey you'll gain experience to level-up and further customise your character. Spend your points in six technology trees relating to nature, building, cooking, brewing, socialising, and magic!
Tavern
Build and manage your own fantasy tavern! Fully customise it with furniture, cosmetics, decorations, and entertainment for your guests. Increase your tavern reputation over time to earn rewards and unlock more options to make your dream tavern.
Management
Plan and manage your tavern to meet customer demands. Prepare for the weekend rush or a big visitor, such as a famous bard or royalty. Create specific food and drink for the current season or the latest craze.

yeah I live by myself and I don't make my bed. I'm just going to unmake it when I go to bed and am also prone to after work naps so my bed is best configured as a nest. With a teddy bear of course!
file it right up there with all the videos on how to fold fitted sheets. Or ironing them. They are going to be stretched out flat over a mattress. No wrinkle will prevail :)

Nests are better than beds! Fs.
It's apparently a bad idea to make your bed as soon as you get up anyway, as this traps moisture in. It's best to let everything air a few hours first (or just not make it like I do).
Nests get a bad rap. They're the comfiest of sleeping accommodations. Even a floor nest is better than an average bed, but nothing beats a nest in a giant Papasan chair!
A few tips:
You can hold shift to run.
You can transfer stacks to the bar inventory, can’t remember exactly but think it’s either RMB or Ctrl - LMB
Don’t bother buying buckets or crafting stations yet. You get everything you need for a basic setup through quests. You can buy when you need to scale up your operations.
Your second table wasn’t being used because it wasn’t set up correctly. The seats had red arrows when you set them down so are disjointed from the table. When correctly set up, the seats ‘tuck themselves in’ slightly.

GK is FAR too grindy for my tastes. IMO TR is much better in that regard.
this game is addictive ....
people are not using the small table because it is not set out properly it needs one chair on a side it can not have two on the same side (table for two opposite each other)
I keep thinking that there is a sleeping dog under the carpenter's table. But it is just the sawdust. =)

I keep having an issue where the quest to place the table (the small table) doesn’t complete. I’ve restarted 12 times.
I can’t leave the tavern because I have unfinished business.

Buy a bunch of trees and plant them. In a few days, you'll have tons of wood

I dont get the book in the bar, how does it work!?
I mean the thing in it will run out of stock ? I have put some grog and dishes and the NPC doesnt seem interested on it :s
It serves as a menu/refrigerator ... when people order, it automatically takes it out of the book when you serve the customer. When the item runs out, they no longer order it.
Grog needs to be set up in a tap. The book is for food!
Since the dishes have to be listed on the menu to sell, I guess the devs decided to make the 'for sale' inventory look like a ledger.
I have a question. Can I play this game with a controller that does not have L3 and R3?

Graveyard keeper is one of the games I have more hours. Strangely I didn’t like so much travellers rest
I found GK WAY too grindy, and I hated the scheduled days you had to run miles away to visit... very annoying.
