Why is corruption so prevalent, and why do corrupt officials seem to get away with it so easily? It's high time we scrutinize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Commission on Audit. How do these acts of corruption slip through the cracks of our government systems? It appears that incompetence has become widespread, allowing these unethical practices to persist unchecked. We need to ensure that our auditing processes are robust and capable of holding those responsible accountable, to restore integrity and trust in our institutions.

Snippet: Does it make more commonsense to move residents who are now living below sea level or flooded areas into less flooded neighborhoods or provincial districts? Do you want to go ahead and figure out where higher grounds can be found in provinces and have them moved in these areas instead. Is this idea smarter economically than allowing them to continue to live where they are at and for the gov't to be faithful in giving affected areas more money (aid) as often as needed or every time a strong high winds destroy them and the taking of life itself? Which is a more humane treatment out of two options above? To move them to safer grounds vs. an irresponsible governance without protection for your own citizens? Will building more buried pipes or irrigation save these people's houses and would stop killing citizens under flooding erosion attacks every monsoon season? Wouldn't you rather approve a mandate to have all of them migrate to higher grounds permanently -- for their safety and to save the gov't emergency aid expense? It would seem sensible -- as well as a cost effective plan for all concerns to entirely vacate the flooded areas and use the land for other things. What do you think?
Hurricane or Baguio weather is no stranger to all, but leaders have not been able to think of ways how to prevent it -- leaders should not allow flooded areas to have people living in them. There should be Prohibition Ordinance for public safety in those dangerous areas or near the ocean housing communities. Leaders should not recommend the idea nor just say: go ahead live in those dangerous areas on your own risks -- this is a bad leadership performance. Where do you think are good areas for them to move to right now? Hurricane carmina is now over and is the perfect time for the president to have these citizens move to safer places or higher grounds-- far away from the sea or flooded areas which often take lives. God bless you. jul2024
