And also, idol culture in Korea is just on another level. Maybe in terms of sales, they will do better in China. But the9 has a lot to learn if they try to debut in Korea. honey china is a great and big market but girl groups are a kinda new thing to them, rocket girls were the ones that kinda succeeded. the 9 had international success from youth with you because of lisa that brought attention to the show, and China is very bad at handling groups, if they promoted a little in Korea with better everything like camerawork etc they might attract more fans, instead of getting them together 2 weeks before comeback, just look at their debut performance, it was very bad since they barely had anytime to practice and also with bad microphones and camerawork, korea is a better place to promo

SNH48 and many other non K-pop groups (C-POP & J-POP) have a big fanbase in South Korea. In fact, SK has laws restricting foreing content and pushing local talent. That's why they promote K-POP so strongly towards SEA and USA
they were never intended as the unit, That was Demoon but they never went through with the plans... Hopefully after CGT48 debuts this year they debut a new unit for SK and finally debut SNH48 in Japan, They recorded a whole album in Japanese that never was released.
