Maam please tell,, why the formation of simple ions with three positive and three negative charges is extremely difficult and highly unlikely
Aman specify one of the example..I will tell you the reason
AlN (Aluminium Nitride)
Ok..in ur given example, it's not difficult to form aluminium nitride...it's very easily form by reduction process. And actually formation of compound is depends on substrate valency which react together to form final pdt. So if u say it's difficult to form then in that case they might not be stable with their valency.
