It's not Kramer's it's Kramers. People did this mistake even in research paper also☺️☺️. Secondly for odd number of electrons Kramers theorem is valid. For two electron system Kramers theorem is not valid.

No, there will not be any zero energy level. You have to take different combinations possible and then find the total spin. for 3e, possible combinations will be: 1) 3e up (total spin 3/2), 3e down (total spin -3/2); 2) 2e up and 1e down (total spin 1/2), 2e down and 1e up (total spin -1/2) there you can not get a combination with total spin zero. Also for 1e, Kramers degeneracy is not applicable. Mam has discussed the first case for 2e.
